  • For more individuals with disabilities to become MP's
This is a crucial topic that must be addressed more, this is because 1 in 5 people will have some sort of disability. There are 11 million people with disabilities in the UK and there are unfortunately only 5 disabled MP's. This is why i would like to change this and allow everyone to be represented in the UK.

Crisp packets are not recyclable. Walkers run a recycling scheme, but drop offs either need to be in large quantities or a bin must be provided. The nearest bin is at the back of Hyde Park. With so many packets of crisps sold every day in LUU, we should be doing more to prevent them all ending up in landfill.

  • Subtitles should be an option at all cinemas
Everyone should be able to access the cinema without any problems occurring. In this case having subtitles in all cinemas will allow deaf users to be able to watch the film. It will allow deaf families to enjoy a day out at the movies. This isn’t possible for deaf users as they are unable to hear the film. This isn’t equality, this is discrimination to all deaf users.
