Following the relocation of Ynyshir Junior School and evolving nature the requirements of pedestrians and businesses in the village, we request that there be a revaluation of road safety and usage in Ynyshir. Current traffic and parking provision in Ynyshir are not fit for purpose and could result in ether serious injury or fatality. Coupled with this danger is the debilitating effect parking provision has on both deliveries and customers for the local businesses. A full consultation and review is required in order to address these concerns.

There are several bars within the Houses of Parliment, should our MPs be debating and making decisions on our behalf if they have had an alcoholic drink? After all they are at work, studies show that even small amounts of alcohol can influence us negatively, we wouldn’t want our GP, pilot, or any other professional person serving us after being to a bar, so how is it any different for MPs?

The majority of items contain packaging of some sort. Often packaging is not labelled as to whether the material is recyclable or non-recyclable. Recycling quotas could be much improved if all manufacturers were made (possibly by law) to state on the packaging if the material is recyclable or not. As a consumer I am often confused when unloading and removing packaging from my weekly shop as to which bin to use, so if in doubt I put in the waste bin. In addition currently there are over 44 different Recycle logos used (see Above) which adds to the confusion, as some are clearer than others. Even if the manufacturer does state on the packaging, it is mostly in very small print on the back of the package and takes a while to determine. The agreed universal logo should be clearly marked in bold on the front or back of the item (preferably in the same place i.e. front bottom right hand corner) just as the notice used on many large plastic bags regarding making people aware of risk of children suffocating.

British businesses are being placed into administration because the public sector is choosing suppliers that are able to offer lower prices in part because they achieve an unfair competitive edge by avoiding taxes. The government should ensure that all suppliers pay a consistent share of tax. Failure to do so will only either drive British businesses into failure or force them to employ the same tax avoidance measures merely to compete. Under the terms of the Welsh Language Measure 2011, Welsh people understood that train companies were going to provide Welsh language services. This was a clear message during the campaigning and information disseminated to help Welsh people understand their linguistic rights. Whether Welsh-speaking or not, the majority of Welsh people welcomed and celebrated the extension of the legal status of Welsh into the private sector. Over recent years, Welsh people have received news on several occasions of the increased efforts to promote and protect the Welsh language, such as the 1 million speakers by 2050. As a result, the news that GWR will not be providing a Welsh language service is disappointing. It sends a statement that they do not understand or care about their customer service provision in Wales. The Welsh Government's inability to enforce the status of Welsh in the private sector also sends a message of no confidence in the Welsh Language Measure 2011, and other legal frameworks to ensure the linguistic rights of Welsh-speakers. Where train companies operate through two or more areas where different languages are spoken, there is an expected provision of services in those languages, e.g. Eurostar, VIA Rail Canada, SNCF TGV Paris-Milan (France/Italy). In light of bilingual services provided elsewhere in the world on board train services, any official statements that 'operating in England invalidates the provision of a Welsh language service' should be considered ignorant of both cultural and business practices. Wales is a bilingual country. GWR must respect that.

Because we feel that even though the stigma of male nurses and midwifes is falling, it's still not enough for the public to know. We conducted an interview and all of the people said we should try to reduce the stigma of male nurses so we feel it's right to start a petition.

My son is 12 and a size 8. While we are paying full price for shoes and trainers grown adults with small feet are getting children’s prices. It’s not fair that we can pay up to double as my son has large feet.
