Animal Welfare Team Brighton and HoveBrighton and Hove receives an invaluable service from this department. Any reduction in its' services will lead to pain and misery for both animals and humans in the community. Charities such as the RSPCA cannot manage this workload alone!13 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Chris Pickles

STOP Ali Mohammed al-Nimr's crucifixion in Saudi ArabiaA Saudi pro democracy teenage protester lost his appeal against a death sentence by crucifixion, and could be killed at any time. The justice ministry still says that it would not be in the “wider interests of the British government” to withdraw the bid at this late stage. The UK cannot condone the abuses taking place in the Saudi system because of its financial interests! It is urgent to pressure the Justice Ministry to DROP THE BID and save a life. Include Syrians in Calais in UK Refugee PlanSyrian refugees are living in desperate and degrading conditions in Calais. These people have survived deadly journeys out of Syria - many through Turkey, by boat to Greece and then smuggled into France in the hope of being reunited with family members in the UK. Now they're surviving on the cold steps of Calais. A friend and I were personally moved by the situation in Calais, enough so that we decided to go and spend a few days there. During that time, we got to know the Syrian people who have camped in front of the church in town and asked them if they could give us an idea of how many Syrians there are in Calais. They said they didn't know so we suggested that we collect names. One of the Syrian guys took it upon himself to compile this list, which consisted of handwritten names of all the people camped in town and in the "Jungle". The names added to 269. Two hundred and sixty nine on the 6th of September 2015. That's 269 Syrian people who have made it this far and seek only safety and the love of a family member who is already in the UK. We ask David Cameron MP to review the situation of the Syrians in France and to allow them refugee status or humanitarian protection in the UK.59 of 100 SignaturesCreated by A S-A

Stop Bristol Airport charging for passenger Drop-OffBy charging for this, Bristol Airport gives the impression that they are trying to squeeze their customers for every last penny. Particularly for those making frequent visits to the airport, why should they be forced to pay for a simple drop off? What exactly is the service that Bristol Airport is charging for? The concept of airport drop off is merely a means of delivering the airport's customers to the point of business. The knock on effect is that the police at the airport waste time policing the airport roadways where people elect to drop off as an alternative to paying the fee.50 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Jason Bone

Disabled access on Plymouth streetsI have been fighting for nearly 2 years to get drop kerbs installed on Cunningham road in Plymouth, to allow access for wheelchair and mobility scooters. I have mobility issues and rely on a scooter to get around, but with no drop kerbs, i cant leave my house. I have been lied to and treated like I don't matter by the council, and put onto a list for a fund that simply doesn't have enough money to do the work, meaning it will never be done. I have been told by the council that they don't have a budget for disability access issues and the only money available is £4000 in the living streets fund, while the work has been quoted as £5000. Why don't the council have a budget set aside for disability access issues? The discrimination act was put in place to prevent businesses from discriminating against disabled people yet the council don't have to do anything about it? I may only be one person asking for them, but not having them means my life is seriously effected as I do not have access to my GP, the hospital, the pain clinic or anywhere else. It is important that the council listen to what it's constituents need, are taken to account for failing to fulfil their job and are prepared for such occurrences with suitable budgets.72 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Hayley Harris

Green Belt to HousesFive years ago Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council had voted and promised to turn Bedworth Woodlands, a green field site, to Green Belt. They are now pushing to build homes on it. When I bought my home I chose one that felt rural and was apparently going to be protected. I love this area because the richness of the wildlife is amazing but it is likely to be lost. My resident hedgehog will have to go, along with the dragonflies and myriad other wonderful creatures. Local developers have been building 200 - 240 new homes a year in the borough and struggling to sell them but under this 'plan' this has to be accelerated to about 650 a year. To build these extra homes the council want to move a population of protected Great Crested Newts for 1200 'executive' homes even though the area needs simple 2 and 3 bed homes for local families and the development is likely to remain largely empty. Their excuse is that they must build 14000 homes in their plan but many of these homes are overspill (approx. 8000 - 9000 they are hiding the actual figures so it may be more) so not necessary for the area. Especially if it means building on green field sites. There are many empty buildings and brown field sites that can be used before a green field site is built on. If they do build on it the last area of green fields in the Borough will have gone. Please help us save it from pointless development.40 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Susie Pacey

Increase amount of Refugees accepted in Epping ForestRefugees are escaping a war zone. No child or adult should go through this. Therefore, we should welcome them into Epping Forest. Offering them education, housing and a new start. It is the morally right thing to do.2 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Bailey Mansfield

Licence to Chill. Change Bond SongIt's a Bond song. It needs to be memorable. It needs some omph, some passion. Facebook comments and other comments seen so far suggest the public is more shaken than stirred. It dosen't make me feel excited for seeing the new Bond film. Could this be the writing on the wall for Bond? possibly the poorest ever Bond song ?2 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Jason Spurgeon

Fair rentWith nearly 60,000 families homeless and their children numbering around 100,000 this would reduce the number of evictions. This situation can only get worse and needs to be addressed now! I'm in my sixties and can see no future for young people born of average families. Please, everybody, privileged or not, join my campaign and make a difference to a family that just wants a home so they can feel secure.3 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Bill Carroll

Stop selling high energy drinks to childrenIt contains too much caffeine in it that can give potential harm to children. It changes the way the heart beats and drinking a can of energy drink is enough to give a child caffeine poisoning. A local shop sold it to my 8 year old daughter who also bought a can for my grandson aged 7 it states on the can NOT to be given to children OR pregnant women, shops are flouting the warnings on the can and still selling it to children of which should not happen, hence why I set up this petition.69 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Sharon Robertson
