This is a very popular holiday destination beach and surf spot that is spoiled by dog mess. There are plenty of waste disposal areas but it is clear that they are largely ignored. There is always dog mess on the beach as well as discarded bags of dog mess in the hedges, the sand dunes and on the paths leading to and from the beach. There are frequently bags of dog mess floating in the sea and near the shoreline from people bagging their mess and then burying it thinking it is sufficient disposal. There is a considerable health risk by dog mess that has not been cleared up and removed and dog mess that has been picked up, bagged and then is dumped in the hedges on the way back to the car parks. As a result this beach presents a serious health risk due to dog mess causing toxocariasis in humans. Toxocariasis causes serious illness and even blindness as a result of eggs in the faeces of infected animals that contaminates the surrounding sand and water. Toxocariasis usually affects children aged between one and four years, although cases of toxocariasis have been reported in people of all ages. It is clear that during the summer months an attitude of "it's okay because it's not on our own doorstep" is prevalent!!! Some Pembrokeshire beaches already have dog restrictions during the summer, Manorbier gets just as busy as any other beach in this area during the holiday season!!!

Companies phoning up without leaving a telephone number makes it impossible to effectively report them to Telephone Preferance Society etc. There is no reason for commercial firms to have the facility to withhold the number they are calling from, so the facility should be withdrawn as so many of them abuse it.

It is important for the people of this country to know that no one is above the law. The current situation where the tax payer is bailing out the financial institutions is intolerable. How did banks end up selling and purchasing unsustainable mortgages if no fraud was committed.

This is important for govanhill residents health, dignity, peace of mind and well being. People need to feel safe in their homes and on the streets, they need to scrape back that pride in their community but it will never happen until the politicians admit the current structures do not work!

We need to protect are criminal justice system. The government plans to cut 30% from the cost of high court cases and 18% in other crown court work. Barristers and solicitors need to recieve a fair wage equal to the demands of the job. They are not nearly as high paid as those working in civil law, yet they are the ones ensuring the protection of our fundamental rights and guaranteeing that all are fairly heard. The demands of the job need to be properly remunerated; already they are thin and asking for more is unjustifiable. The courts, our criminal system and the people will suffer at the expense of the budget if this is allowed to go ahead.

It is vital that the health and well being of the people, wildlife, geology, local industries and property value in the Wirral and whole of Merseyside are not affected by the dangers of pollution, contamination and other potential disasters such as subsidence which the processes of UCG and Fracking are known to create.

We want our employer to oppose the race to the bottom in terms and conditions for care and support staff.

Vast numbers of people are frustrated by restrictions on cashing in small pension pots, forcing them to take incomes of less than £5 a week, or in my case £72 a year! Government rules restrict us to taking just a tiny slice of our money, when we could cash in an amount of £2,000 or more, making a real difference to our lives.

BBC3 caters for the least represented group (16-34 year olds) at a time when youth culture has few opportunities to engage in the mainstream BBC3 offers great entertainment and informative programming designed for this underrepresented group. BBC3 should not be sidelined.
