Upon learning that families who decline to move away from their community & their lives will be declared - "intentionally homeless!" For the families this now means - withdrawal of promised support; loss of housing rights position; & most shockingly - potential loss of custody of their children!!! This is no way to treat British citizens, so I implore anyone who reads this petition, to sign it & send it across their networks, in order to help the traumatised families. This is important for the safety of our country . The fire services should have reasonable pay rises ( they shouldn't have to take on second jobs to earn a decent income) . If you work in a office you can earn 40 to 50 grand a year these people are saving lifes and risking theirs.

Many people are disappointed with the result of the BREXIT vote. Many 16-17 year olds wanted a job abroad, and now may not get them. When Scotland had the independence referendum, they alowed 16-17 year olds to vote. The turnout was greater than the 18-24 year old turnout.

Firefighters have suffered the longest period of pay restraint in living memory. Firefighters put their life on the line and their pay is nowhere near good enough for the job they do, and do so well.

It's important because it's where people lived and died so for anything else to be raised on that land would be disrespecting the deceased and the survivors. Also, it would be a reminder for the authorities of their neglected responsibilities that led to this avoidable tragedy.

The victims should remember and the land should not be built apon!!

The slow and uncoordinated official response to the Grenfell fire is evidence of a need to have a centralised and powerful agency able to step in on demand with humanitarian aid within the UK's borders. Shelter, food, manpower, the reassurance of an official presence. The power to requisition necessary supplies, transport, and property. The UK armed forces already provide a ready supply of personnel and equipment on standby, as the use of troops in the 2012 Olympics evidenced. The new agency should have a remit to supply humanitarian support for national and localised serious emergencies, such support during major national disasters (flooding etc), serious terrorism incidents, and in other disasters, such as the Grenfell fire.

The Grenfell Tower fire is the worst residential fire since World War 2. It demands a serious, immediate attention.

Political satire is important. It's comedy but with a genuine message and a social narrative that doesn't just cut through the partisan mud slinging; It holds it up to the light and mocks it for absurd and useless, waste of time it actually is. Comedy is much more than a giggle and a bit of fun. It is social commentary, it is unifying and it is a powerful way to communicate.
