• People's Protest Against Court Closures
The undermining of access to justice is gaining pace under the Conservative government and that denies UK citizens their rights to seek a legally binding outcome to their issues. It is also a serious attack on the democratic process. The discussions thus far have highlighted travel times to other courts as not being unduly difficult. However, this focusses on car users. For those that need to attend court by use of public transport this can become a major impediment to their access to justice. It indeed appears to be a deliberate action to deny justice to vast swathes of the population

  • Ask Jeremy Corbyn to form a new party if he loses the leadership Battle
Labour has been in no mans land for years, we need a change. Out of the four contenders I believe Jeremy Corbyn has the right values and compassion, thats needed to take the party and all it's members with it, to government. He is a man with understanding of all classes, and recognises, the lower class, as people not commodities ...to be thrown away, with the rubbish.

  • We demand that Iain Duncan Smith is made to account for lies used to support his sanction policies
This is important because just because of his position doesn't mean he should get away with flaunting the law and due process. As a politician he should be made to account for his actions. He was duly elected to be a true and right minister in Parliament. His actions are causing many to suffer and if his policies that do so are flawed then they should be removed or he must give this account.

We need a real alternative to the Tories. Labour needs to accept the democratic will of the people and stop their dirty tactics against Jeremy Corbyn.

  • Qualification for becoming an MP
For too long the United Kingdom has been governed by a multitude of Career Politicians who know nothing about life in the real world. By using this as a qualifying standard we can ensure the people elected to govern have the experience and skills to do just that.

  • Free Cash Machines Tax
Banks are closing branches and moving online. Older people, people without transport or in rural communities may struggle to get to a bank branch where they can make free cash withdrawals. This isn't a tax on 3rd party (non-bank) businesses, it's a tax on the disadvantaged, the elderly (both of which still prefer cash) and rural communities.

  • Dissolve Paliament and Initiate a General Election
In 2015, 66.1 % of the UK voted. The Conservative party got 36.8% of those votes. Which, in reality, means 24.3% of the UK population voted conservative, leaving 75.7% of the population with a government they did not vote for. Dissatisfaction with austerity measures have seen socialist governments taking power across Europe, yet the UK 2015 General Election saw the UK buck the trend and look to a right wing party - UKIP - to represent popular dissatisfaction with mainstream politics. I believe this happened because the UK did not have a socialist party to vote for. But we have one now. Should the people of the UK wait four years under a government that is trying to repeal the hunting ban, against their wishes, initiated bombing runs over Syria in secret, and against the people's wishes, maintains levels of austerity against the people's wishes, and is negotiating the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership deal in secret, against the people's wishes? When there is now a viable alternative party which is anti war, in line with the people's wishes, anti austerity, in line with the people's wishes, and who stands for a more equal society, in line with the people's wishes. Big businesses are threatened with more taxes, harsher penalties, and tighter regulation, so will naturally spend the next 4 years attempting to rubbish and marginalise Jeremy Corbyn. Why should the majority population allow that to happen? I am interested to know how many people want a General Election in 2016. That's not to say this petition is merely a piece of research. If enough people want it, then we shall have it: the people are legally entitled to demand policy changes, or even a General Election, and under the rules of the Commonwealth, the reigning monarch has the authority to dissolve parliament (which Queen Elizabeth did, in Australia, in 1975 - this is no technicality, but an authority that has been used in recent history).

  • Dog breeding Licensing
Rescues are overcrowded with dogs, sold by people indiscriminately for a few pounds, they are not interested in the future care of the dog, they see it as a money spinner. A lot of these dogs are bred by people that are "out of work" and see it as a means to an end to earn undisclosed income. The law should be tightened up like they have done in Bradford, where anybody that breeds even 1 litter should have a licence This should be made law so councils should be made to police it and charge for the number of litters per year. It is unfair to the taxpayer that some people are earning lots of money without disclosing it. Also Rescues end up taking the brunt once the "puppy" gets older and they can't afford to look after it. The laws need tightening up rapidly. The legimate breeders face a tough challenge from these "unlicensed" breeders and get inundated with dogs with no where to put them.
