Instagram has resorted to algorithms to determine which accounts are disabled/deactivated without actually looking into the issue properly. This has resulted in numerous real accounts including business accounts being closed down by Instagram based on incorrect or false information. The result is loss in business, in investment if you have used their Ad promotions, loss of your pictures/content on Instagram, years of hard work gone in an instant. I have had my account disabled for impersonating someone else which is completely incorrect, in fact I have been the victim of being impersonated and when the fake account was reported, it was still active but mine was disabled instead. Instagram support offers you no contact number, no email, no live chat, no real person to contact to for support at all. They do not care at all if you lose your account. It is extremely difficult to get any help or support despite filling in the forms to appeal many times. Facebook as the parent company of Instagram, need to get better customer support service in place. For such a big company and social media site, they should be able to afford a much better customer service support help center. The robots are not doing their job properly. Please fix this. With the Dunbeg Primary school bursting at the seems already, where will the children from the new Dunbeg Corridor housing phase be educated. The village school served purposely for the village of Dunbeg up till 2013* when the new housing development at Marine court was announced. Then 3.5 years* ago roughly the new Housing development of MacVicar Court was completed. The new phase which is progressing rapidly will be 300 addresses. Where do the children from these addresses expect to be educated? It is farcical that The Infrastructure isn't in place before the houses were approved at planning. C'mon Argyll and Bute council. Personally, I have lost a cousin, two aunts and my mother to bowel cancer, and all but one of them were over the age of 74. I live every day wondering if this simple test could have saved them.

The current law states that you must stop if you hit a dog but not a cat. Cats are loved by their owners just as much and should be treated the same. Many cats are left to die at the roadside instead of receiving the help that could save their lives. All kind if financial; manouveres are being made using our watter as collateral. Surely people in the UK can run our water service better than a bank in Australia; the middle eastern consortium and a Canadian Pension fund. Onstead of the profits going over seas I can think of several projects within Anglia Water catchment area than would benefit. England should consider this a service of vital importance to national security.

In 2016 I lost my beloved son through knife crime, I told to view his body until the investigation is over. Then I was refuse to see his body.This is a very traumatic time for parents/relatives and they cannot have access to view their deceased child and this can add to emotional trauma they are experiencing and they will live with that trauma for the rest of their lives.

Millions of women are currently unable to obtain HRT patches/tablets either at all or no guarantee of continuous supply leading to debilitating symptoms. This is completely unacceptable that women are left in this situation with nowhere to turn. Many women are having to eek out their current supply if they have it with no hope of obtaining more or dealing with a lottery system with chemists who have no idea of future stock or availability.

Subtitles, on TV programmes do not always appear. When they do they can often appear patchy or intermittent making it very difficult for deaf and hard of hearing people to follow tv programmes. Live programmes eg news are very difficult to follow. Technology should be able to automatically put on screen words just spoken on live programmes. Subtitles vary across TV channels. There should be a uniform minimum standard. TV Subtitles should not be huge chunky lettering that takes up nearly a third of the screen. People who depend on subtitles can be embarrassed by the way the size of the subtitles make it difficult for other people watching to enjoy the programme. Subtitles should always be included on dvd/bluRay discs of TV shows and films for sale in the shops. Loop systems Organisations that have a loop system installed use an approved logo to indicate this. But there is no guarantee that the loop system will prove satisfactory to people who wear hearing aids. This is because they vary enormously across the country and there is no national minimum standard for how they are supposed to work. Many loop systems are inappropriate for the size of the building with poor training provided to office/building support staff who are often left unable to help. People who use loop systems frequently discover that the reception they receive varies from one building to another. There doesn't seem to be a national monitoring scheme that can ensure high standards of loop system are provided and maintained so that people who use loop systems do not need to worry about being able to hear differently wherever they go. Hearing organisations and charities can have the ability to regulate this vital area that affects people who use hearing aids every day. Government needs to pass the necessary laws to ensure improvements are made to both subtitling and loop systems across the UK.
