• No to UK air strikes in Syria
The UK should not be involved in air strikes in Syria. We should have no military involvement as a country. The UK should only be involved as a member of the UN and contribute an even military action etc evenly with all other members. What good did out involvement in Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya achieve.

  • Housing Rental Payments Should Reflect in a Tenants overall Credit Score
Hundreds of thousands of Tenants across the United Kingdom who pay their rent on time and without arrears are being indirectly discriminated against by the credit reference agencies who do not treat tenants rental payments the same as mortgage payments made by the landlords and those who own their own homes. This means that Tenants who later would like to get onto the property ladder often find themselves with a much lower credit score than someone who has paid exactly the same in mortgage payments over the same period of time which puts them at a disadvantage when applying for credit with a bank or building society.

  • WE WANT PEACE
It is important because the British army has killed millions of people in Iraq and taking part in bombing the innocent civilians in many places in the world. Also the UK government is selling arms to the ugly regime of Saudi to supply the Isis terrorists groups with weapons in order to terrorise, kill and control the people in Syria and Iraq and the ISIS killed 100.000 in Syria and Iraq , also 130 people in Paris because the UK and US make them strong with supplying them with weapons al along their best friend Saudi that financed them.

  • No air strikes against Syria
Not only is bombing a country wrong on moral grounds surely we are doing exactly what ISIS / ISIL want? Not only would we be killing thousands of innocent people but air strikes would also promote division between the West and ISIS / ISIL supporters. ISIS / ISIL WANT a holy war. Bombing Syria is leading to a holy war in their eyes. Air strikes will only create more martyrs and increase terrorist acts by ISIS / ISIL. Surely this is obvious?

  • Stop separating refugee families
Imagine seeing your home destroyed and being forced to flee your country. This is the reality facing millions of refugees this year, as we continue to see in the news. The journey is only part of the story. After the trauma of fleeing their home, refugee families can find themselves divided across countries, even continents. In UK law we have something called Refugee Family Reunion, which can unite families again having found sanctuary from conflict. Whilst family reunion is vital for those that get it i regularly encounter heart-breaking cases the rules simply don’t cover, resulting in the trauma of separation. Like the Syrian-born Palestinian refugee who wished to bring his wife and children to join him in the UK. The family had fled Syria to Lebanon. Unfortunately, their eldest son was aged 20 at the time of making the application. His wife and younger children were granted visas, but his elder son was refused due to his age. The family are now divided. I want the rules widened so family members including children over 18 years old, dependent parents and grandparents, and siblings with no other family can apply. A new clause tabled to the Immigration Bill, due to be debated on 1 December, would do just that. It would also strengthen an existing safe and legal route for refugees, helping avoid potentially life-threatening journeys across Europe. But to make this happen I need your help. Please email your MP asking them to vote for Refugee Family Reunion. Everyone has the right to live in safety with their family and loved ones

  • Stop HMRC wasting money by posting out 'Annual Tax Statements'
You have cut back on staff and made your service hopeless for those who need to query you - from personal experience those on low income and having to take agency or multiple jobs in a short space of time are assumed to be tax dodgers and put on emergency rate when they are those who can least afford it, yet you neither investigate or prosecute those who are dodging thousands of pounds in tax. Use money to provide a better service not a pointless additional information exercise.

  • Don't bomb Syria
It is important that the UK has a plan, and not a "knee jerk reaction" before attacking targets in Syria. We the British public demand a clear plan for Syria to help the Syrian people.

  • Give Tamworth the hospital it deserves..........
Today we learned that the Minor Injuries Unit opening hours at Sir Robert Peel hospital are to be cut and that it will close over night. I have used this hospital as has families all over the area and we now have a population of 76900 people. To take this away and as I suspect will happen is slowly and surely services are the Robert Peel are whittled away until we have no hospital. If you are having a baby then we have to travel to Burton, Sutton Coldfield and even further afield People dont know what they have lost until its gone . Fight for what we need and want as this is a very serious matter and if we dont stand up now then we will be saying bye to our hospital .

  • Fair Airline Prices
Flying is not just for business travel, it is also about family visits/reunions/meeting loved ones. Changing nearly double the price to depart from China is keeping families apart because visits become too expensive. No matter the date, no matter the time, no matter the airport, it is always significantly more expensive to start the journey from China than to depart from the UK.

  • Ticket sales and Booking and Administration fees
This is important because people have to pay an administration fee, then a booking fee, then a postage fee. Ticket allocators like Ticketmaster are using other second hand party allocators to sell tickets and this also puts the price of tickets up. Not everyone can afford these very demanding prices, don't forget we also have the price of the ticket to pay for as well.

  • Amazon UK: pay your workers a Living Wage
Amazon has more than enough money to pay its workers (both permanent employees and contracted agency workers) the Living Wage. This is the wage needed to support a basic standard of living. With UK sales in 2012 of £4.2billion, you'd think Amazon could afford to pay its workers enough to be able to feed and clothe themselves and their families. And unacceptably low pay isn't all Amazon does to demean its workers: A sack-if-you're-sick policy that sees you turfed out if you take 3 sick breaks in a 3 month period Giving workers 15 minute breaks that start wherever they are in the giant warehouses 10 hour days Compulsory overtime Monitoring and timing toilet breaks Half-a-point if you're 1 minute late or more (3 points and you're out) Paying the minimum wage or just above it, when it could well afford to pay the Living Wage A 'performance console' that tracks and logs workers' activities so they can be released if their 'pick rate' is too slow I don't know about you, but I find it pretty disgusting. It's time for Amazon to listen up and listen hard. It can't ignore us forever. Paying the Living Wage will be a big step in the right direction. Do what's best for your workers (permanent and agency), Amazon: become an accredited Living Wage employer across your UK operations. God knows, you could do with a good news story. You can read the stories from Amazon workers across the UK at http://www.amazonanonymous.org/ and check out the alternatives to Amazon on this 'Amazon-Free' shopping guide here!
