This is discriminatory to those who are for example disabled or elderly. It shows housing providers are more interested in their pockets than human decency. It implies that those in rent arrears aren't entitled to food deliveries , companionship . It seeks to punish those already struggling for no clear reason at all . In the current climate of self isolation due to COVID 19 rules such as these seek to further isolate those who aren't able to leave their homes , need assistance , or need to be able to park in close proximity to their home.

We are asking for an alternative exam or cancellation of our OSCEs due to the worldwide pandemic. Many students are on low wage or not getting paid at all and should already be qualified if it wasn’t for this virus. If December OSCEs go ahead, many of these students may miss them due to self isolation or not being able to travel. If hotels shut they will have no where to stay as many of these exams locations have been changed and are now hours away from where we reside. All these changes and the uncertainty is taking a huge toll on our Student Veterinary Nurses mental health. Where is the support? Many colleges have passed their students on mock grades, why is that different for us? Why has an alternative not been offered to us? Why must we be a group of students with no mock exams? We are being sent to colleges we aren’t familiar with, to be examined using equipment we’ve never seen. Why must we have to travel hours away during a global pandemic and stay overnight in cities hundreds of miles away from home? Please if you are a Student Veterinary Nurse or support a Student Veterinary Nurse sign this petition and show the RVCS how serious we are about this! Support your nursing students!

The routine and regular use of herbicides, especially ones containing glyphosate are not compatible with the need to safeguard and encourage flora and fauna and is an outdated and costly method that has hazardous implications for humans, domestic and wild creatures . Alternatives are possible and Plantlife Cymru can help and advise with the “Road verge Campaign”.

The campaign is important as this will lead to longer travel times to A&E and in emrgencies lead to further fatalities.

When the Unconditional Basic Income is in place 1. Everyone could afford to self isolate if asked to. 2. Anyone could start up a new business enterprise to create a "new normal" post Covid economy 3. End the inequality of furlough and SEISS. Where some get lots and some get nothing 4. Key workers are properly valued for the essential work that they are doing because they keep their Unconditional Basic Income on top of their pay packet. 5. End poverty.

The nearest subways are in Hazel Grove (8 Miles) and Glossop (8 Miles), and the one in Buxton recently closed. There are very few shops similar to Subway in New Mills. The nearest greggs are in Buxton (12 Miles), Marple (4 Miles) or Glossop (8 Miles). It would be understandable that Greggs might not want a store in the main town centre, due to local bakeries, but one on the A6 would be highly successful

If we believe that people cannot survive on less than the minimum wage then this true all the time even when they cannot work due to lockdown and the current COVID crisis.

Conservative Peer Dido Harding was appointed as Head of the National Institute for Health Protection in August. The wife of a Conservative MP and friend of former Prime Minister David Cameron, Dido Harding didn’t pip other candidates to the post at the interview. There weren’t any other candidates. She was just handed the job. She’s not the only one to land a top job this way. Each week it seems another individual secures a role of vital public importance without any advertisement or fair process. Very often that individual has personal and political connections to the Government. In any other country, we’d call it what it is: cronyism. But just imagine what it would mean for jobs to be advertised and awarded on the basis of ability not who you went to school with. This Government's approach discriminates against those born without a silver spoon in their mouth. It’s unfair to those who don’t rub shoulders with high-ranking Ministers. And it’s unfair to groups who the data shows are shut out of public life. It’s time to put an end to it.
