Boycott 45, Jermyn Street, London. Purveyors of 'Glorious 12th' Grouse and Foie GrasOur moorlands are being stripped of wildlife by gamekeepers who kill natural predators to preserve grouse raised to be shot for 'sport'. The production of Foie Gras is nothing short of torturous, it is illegal to produce it in the UK because of the horrific suffering of foie ducks and geese.144 of 200 SignaturesCreated by lisa ball

Give Shared Parental Pay to the Self-EmployedSelf-employed parents are not eligible for Shared Parental Pay (ShPP). The current system of Maternity Allowance for the self-employed places the entire burden of childcare onto the mother, and offers no financial support for self-employed fathers or same-sex partners wanting to share childcare. We would like to see ShPP implemented for self-employed parents, as it would allow them more flexibility to successfully run their businesses without claiming any more money from the government than the mothers are currently entitled to. Self-employed mothers claiming Maternity Allowance have none of the legal protections afforded to employees when they go on maternity leave, so the flexibility to share childcare and stop and start their maternity pay in order to maintain their business becomes even more crucial. We believe that in 2017 gender-equality is a fundamental right, not an optional extra reserved for those in traditional employment.8,218 of 9,000 SignaturesCreated by Organise.org.uk - The UK's workplace campaigning site

Drop the Daily Mail from the Nectar Loyalty SchemeThe Daily Mail had been known for spreading hateful, sexist and racist headlines. It has given a prominent voice to individuals such Katie Hopkins where she said migrants were 'cockroaches''. We do not wish to see well established and popular companies such as EBay and Sainsbury's having anything to do with the hateful publication.1,538 of 2,000 SignaturesCreated by Geraint Williams

No to New Parking Restrictions for Residents/local Businesses by Tower Hamlets Council*No to New Parking Restrictions & Cost for Residents and Local Businesses (by Tower Hamlets Council and its Mayor)* We, the undersigned, oppose and demand a full and proper consultation with residents and stakeholders about the dramatic parking changes proposed by Tower Hamlets Council to bring in parking restriction starting with B2 surrounding areas. If not challenged, this proposal will mean that residents will lose out in yet another money-making exercise by the Council at a time when the Mayor of Tower Hamlets and his Cabinet have given themselves huge pay increases. The Mayor gave himself 11.7% salary increase while residents had 9% increase in their Council Tax since 2016 as well as rates increases for local businesses. We fear that if not opposed, this money-making proposal will gradually spread across the borough. *The Council document titled “Proposed Operational Hours” is flawed and inconsiderate because:* 1) it fails to provide residents with a legitimate option to choose ‘keep parking restriction as is’ in the Council’s list of provided options to choose from. 2) being sent during school holidays when many families might be away. 3) will stop families, friends, relatives and others from visiting their loved ones. It will disproportionately affect families with caring responsibilities and those with extended families. 4) increase the cost of scratch cards. 5) will increase the cost and hassle for local businesses in the borough - some of these businesses have been slapped with astonishing rates increases from £600 sqm to £1000 sqm, instead of finding ways to help these businesses, Mayor-run Tower Hamlets Council is forcing extortionate parking times. *The options - in the council document sent to residents - are:* • Option 1: Monday - Saturday 7.30am to 10pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm • Option 2: Monday - Saturday 8.30am to 10pm and Sunday 10am to 10pm • Option 3: Monday - Sunday 8.30am to 10pm (Note: there is no option to keep the parking restrictions as is) Given the huge pace of development, over-built areas, parking and congestion issues in Tower Hamlets, the Mayor and the Council must do everything possible to restrict developers to have in-built underground parking spaces within the development, as well as providing a combination of other sustainable options instead of penalising residents and local businesses at a time when the Council is spending nearly £50m on consultants, IT upgrades, transformation and other unnecessary measures while residents' services are being slashed and huge salary increases are being given to the Mayor and his Cabinet. Calling for an independent inquiry into the Hope & Glory Festival fiascoThe Hope & Glory Festival was supposed to be the jewel in Liverpool's strong music scene crown. However it was a fiasco from the word go. The site was unfinished, it was positioned in such an area that the entire site population was forced to move between a narrow gateway in which people were crushed trying to move about the site. The bands ran late, with some cancelled. Their sets were cut to the point the main act could only perform 8 songs. The stages were unfinished with electrical problems. Speakers had not been secured causing one band member to almost fall into the crowd. The toilets were overflowing by 4pm with no procedure in place to empty them. This presented a health hazard as urine was running down towards the second stage area where people with young children were watching bands. People with tickets were turned away due to overcrowding and now cannot obtain refunds as the organiser is refusing any contact from anyone or to release information to the ticket agencies. We believe that this was due to a failure in being able to accurately record the numbers of people present on the day. People were being carried out suffering "crush like symptoms". The number of people approved was set at 15,000 people initially, but this was reduced to 12,500. Then it was to be further reduced on the Sunday to 10,000 had it gone ahead due to the overcrowding. The entire site and infrastructure was in such a state that the second day of the festival was cancelled due to health and safety concerns. The council want to have their own inquiry into why it was such a disgrace. However as the council itself was involved in approving the plans and approving the number of people allowed we don't believe they will be looking into their own involvement and taking the responsibility necessary for their own actions. So we are calling for an independent inquiry to look into all parties concerned, and to find out why the festival was put in the hands of an underqualified and inexperienced organiser, who as a direct result of his actions put lives in danger.278 of 300 SignaturesCreated by Steve Egglesden

Keep our communities moving!I stand with all those charities and community groups that provide transport for a social purpose and community benefit. They enable people to live, learn and work independently, to stay fit and active, to access vital public services and participate in their community. This type of transport provision is Britain at its best with communities doing things for themselves and it must be cherished, protected and nurtured. I want the UK Government to work with its counterparts in the devolved nations to commit themselves to making sure that nobody suffers as a result of its proposed changes operator and driver licensing. I want them to commit to fully understanding the impact of their proposed changes so they can decide whether all this upheaval is worth it and choose another path or decide how they can support those communities most affected, especially our most vulnerable and isolated citizens.5,298 of 6,000 SignaturesCreated by Charlotte Hughes

Shifnal Town Centre - RevampShifnal has seen unsustainable and disproportionate housing development over the past few years, putting a huge strain on a range of public services.. Transport infrastructure , Health care services , Education access and many other services are woefully under funded in Shifnal .. The local town council now plans to spend the majority of the CIL funding on a shared spaces enhancement plan, putting the public at risk.. These schemes have failed and seen numerous fatalities..This vital funding is desperately needed elsewhere.. Approximately 2.28% of Shifnal residents ( 171 people ) out of a population nearly at 7500 people voted for this.. Change is needed , but committing so much to serve so few is unacceptable.. This scheme was not approved by your elected officials , yet still continues ? Please sign this petition and ensure our local councils come up with intelligent, viable alternatives that will benefit ALL of our community...196 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Lee Hubbard

Shut down Sarahah appThis app provides people to send anonymous messages to people. This is an open door for cyberbullying. we actively seek to stamp out bullying then seem content to let a vehicle where it is rife to exist. Kids are subject to peer pressure to have it as it's the latest thing and then these people are totally unaccountable for their actions. It's not right in a civilised society in my opinion. This app is dangerous especially for people with mental health issues.130 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Eric Joannides
