It is not CAFCASS' place to assess a father's ability to parent, it is his biological right and the CSA have no consideration for a man's ability to pay and should realistically reflect his financial burdens.

We would like your support to stop the destruction and trade of Iraqi antiquities. Iraqi artefacts are of critical importance, not only for the region but the heritage of the whole world because they are more than 5,000 years old. This illicit trade in stolen artefacts could be worth 7-10 billion dollars worldwide and is possibly second to the arms and drugs trade. In Iraq, the artefacts are going through neighbouring countries such as Turkey and Jordan and then passing through transit countries that act as markets, final destinations might include US, UK and Switzerland. We are asking the UK government to:- 1 - implement the UN Council Resolution 2199 of 2015. and have recently asked the Iraqi government to:- 1 - set up a database of artefacts (demolished and remaining) and all sites. 2 – register all sites and have a trained police force to protect them. However, the Iraqi Authorities are lacking the expertise and resources to do this as ISIS occupies some of the sites so are not under the control of the Iraqi government. If there is no demand for these ancient antiquities then there will be no supply. Now we would like your support to condemn this destruction of our heritage and add your names and signature to our list of supporters.

Parking on weekends in the CAQ zone on Medley and Iverson Road is already a nightmare and is set to become even worse when the new developments and shops open. While we support the growth in the area this problem needs to be remedied NOW before the new developments open. I've lived in West Hampstead now for the last 8 years and LOVE the area. While i fully support the growth in the area i am some what worried about parking going forward when the new blocks open on Iverson Road and West end lane. I live on the lovely road medley just off iverson. Parking has always been tricky but in the last few months it's been near impossible to park near by due to the building works taking place during the week (for the new developments) and the farmers market on Saturdays. Sundays are less problematic. I am however aware that this will become even more tricky once the new flats open. As it stands i'm aware that the new blocks haven't been granted residents parking but that if restrictions aren't enforced now for Saturdays then parking will be near impossible at the weekend. With that in mind i have been talking to neighbours and we want to start a petition to enforce restrictions that parking in the CAQ area for Medley and Iverson is brought forward to Saturdays also (as it is in highly populated areas in the CAP area).

Foreign investors (CLTX is an Israeli-based development company) should not be allowed to ignore with impunity local regulations in this country, relating to the development of sites which already have historically important and locally cherished buildings on them. If this action goes unchallenged, it may set a precedent and then who knows what other buildings and places of historic interest will be targeted and ruined?

CAMRA calls the Boleyn “one of the more spectacular late-Victorian pubs in London” and its amazing interior is largely intact- an absolute rarity. More importantly, it serves a vital community function in a part of London where very few pubs remain. There is concern that the departure of West Ham football club from the nearby Boleyn ground, and the subsequent development of the ground for housing might impact the pub’s future. This petition is an attempt to afford some extra protection to a unique part of London’s history and a vital community asset.

Dear Leader of Bath and North East Somerset Council. To get my three children (8, 6 and 4) to school I have to cross a busy main road. This road is so busy that we usually have to stand on the tiny courtesy crossing in the middle of the road – that's me, at least three children, the odd scooter, school bags and other paraphernalia – and wait for a break in the traffic. In the middle of the road. This is not a safe way to get to and from school. I have spoken to other parents with similar complaints about walking their children to school safely. They too have to wait on so-called courtesy crossings to get across the road. They have to catch the eye of drivers in order to cross the road safely. They have to squeeze past lorries parked on the pavement. They have to step out between parked cars to cross the road to school. This is unacceptable. We are asking you, the council, to commit to our manifesto for Safer Routes to Schools. The objectives are listed below. No parent or child should have to rely on the courtesy of a driver to cross the road on the way to school. No parent or child should have to wait in the middle of the road to complete a crossing on the way to school. No parent or child should have to make eye contact with vehicle drivers to cross the road on the way to school. No parent or child should have to walk more than 150 metres out of their way to get to a safe crossing on the way to school. No parent or child should have to squeeze past cars or lorries parked on the pavement on the way to school. The council will commit to consulting on designated safe routes to school that fulfil the above criteria within six months of taking office. The council will consult school PTAs and other parent groups across Bath within this timeframe. The council will install the required safe crossings within six months of the completed consultation. Safer Routes to Schools would have many benefits. These include reduced pollution, less traffic congestion and healthier children. Most importantly, if our children can walk to school along designated safe routes our children can have some of the freedom and independence they desperately need. Bath wants to be a child-friendly city. Making the roads safe for our children to cross is the best way to achieve that. Best wishes Lou Abercrombie

In 2009, a survey suggested that most fans felt that the F.A were not doing enough to tackle homophobia in football. Six years on and this is still the case. In 2012, the F.A released a video of premier league players discussing the topic, this is simply not enough.In a Wikipedia post, it states that'The Guardian's Secret Footballer columnist said that a gay player would be accepted in a typical dressing room instead said that the worry for any would-be gay player would be the abuse from the terraces.' From this quote you can infer that the football governing body is simply not doing enough to tackle the issue. To exacerbate this an Integrated Household Survey estimated 1.5% people in the UK identify themselves as gay, lesbian or bisexual. From these statistics it is clear to see that the amount of open LGBTs in football is far below the national average ; from previous information, it is apparent more needs to be done in the terraces rather than within the club. By treating Homophobia the same as other discrimination types such as racism (by creating harsher punishments on those convicted) we will see a dramatic decline in homophobic abuse and football will move on and will catch up with the modern society where everyone is accepted for who they are.

Working families are juggling work/family responsibilities to try and keep expensive childcare costs down. These time- and work-pressures impact massively upon personal wellbeing and worker productivity. Free, work-based childcare would show the company was progressive, forward-thinking and family-orientated. Practically, it would reduce travel time between alternative providers and the workplace, avoid any unplanned absence to cover childcare issues, prevent employees looking for better-paid jobs elsewhere to cover increasing childcare costs and would drastically improve working-parent motivation, well-being, loyalty to the employer and productivity. This kind of service would 'keep families together' and would truly reflect employer ambitions to promote a real work-life balance.

Fiskerton-cum-Morton has been left out of the NCC broadband programme despite significant local demand and a real need for decent connectivity for the farmers, local businesses, families and school children who live and work in the village. We have forced BT to review their designs and they have confirmed they have a technical solution. We have challenged NCC on their programme and they have confirmed that our scheme compares will with other locations that have already been upgraded under the Better Broadband for Nottinghamshire programme. However neither BT nor NCC are willing (or even apparently interested) in confirming when, or if, we will be upgraded - either with the underspend in the existing BT contract or within the next round of funding.

We recently witnessed a particularly unpleasant scene In which two Bouncers at the Amersham Arms physically assaulted a young man using far more force than was necessary on one person who was trying to follow the instructions they had just given him. One Bouncer then proceeded to threaten and verbally abuse the young man after he had left the premises. This is unacceptable. Peoples jobs should not given the right to assault and abuse people and should only use a necessary level of force. It's ruining many people's enjoyment of their local space to dance and have fun and it's not in the Amersham Arms interest as they will loose business and already have quite a cemented reputation for a venue where the bouncers are a problem. But more importantly this is an issue of people abusing power to torment and abuse others and should be something that is called up more often.
