  • Provide Rail Services at Congleton on Northern Strike Days
On strike days Northern provide no trains at Congleton and no replacement bus service, their only advice is to walk over a mile to the town centre to catch a bus service that doesn't run anymore. Congleton is the busiest station that is not served on strike days and which has no reasonable alternative. This disrupts a lot of people and has a major negative impact on the town.

  • Demand Southern Vectis increase capacity on route 1
The single deck buses are not big enough and at busier times small children, elderly people and those with mobility issues are forced to stand in cramped conditions with very little to hold on to. This often means that drivers are forced to leave passengers behind as there is no space on board. Also during these periods standing passengers have to get off of the bus in order to allow those sitting at the rear of the bus to alight at their chosen stop. It gets especially bad at the hospital and college stops during peak times.

  • Improve access to Exeter St.Thomas Railway Station
I am Mason Bell, I am running this petition because the only access to the station is up flights of stairs. These stairs are steep and on one side there are 3 sections of steps to climb. This makes access very difficult for people with disabilities, parents with children in buggies and heavy luggage. I myself am unable to access the station as the stairs are too steep for me. I see lots of people struggle up the steps to the station and a lift or stairlift will make access and easier and be more likely to improve usage of the station.

  • Westview roundabout fleetwood Lancashire
It will reduce accidents and keep the traffic flow easier. Also as it has eight exits it will make it easier for pedestrians to cross the roads.

  • Keep access open from Waggon and Horses Lane onto Elm Hill, Norwich
Norwich City Council is running an experiment to protect the house on Elm Hill from being scraped by high sided vans. The experiment closes the road at the join on Waggon and Horses Lane to Elm Hill. We are concerned about the safety of pedestrians on Elm Hill and Princes Street as further traffic will be pushed down this route. Also, vehicles reversing the length of Waggon and Horses Lane to make an exit on to Tombland, a busy bus route. Protection of the building is vital as is the safety of pedestrians. We feel a height restriction would be a better solution which would protect the particular building with less impact on the surrounding area.

  • Cyclehoop Bikehangars for Kensal Rise
I cycle to work every day but storing my bike is a real problem. I used to lock it up outside my flat until it was stolen. Now I store it in my back yard which means carrying it through the flat both rain and shine. There are many benefits to cycling - environmental, financial, health both physical and mental and just pure enjoyment. I know many more people would cycle but can’t due to: living in a flat - don't have outside space/shed have to carry your bike up/down stairs want to start cycling but can't buy a bike as have no-where to store it or don't have space for all your family's bikes I have been trying to campaign to get Cyclehoop Bikehangars https://www.cyclehoop.rentals/types/bikehangars in the local area. I have seen them in other boroughs and I think they are great. I know a lot of you expressed a desire for them and either requested one via Cyclehoop, emailed our Local Concillor Matt Kelcher [email protected] or e-mailed Brent Council https://www.cyclehoop.rentals/contact-council. However to keep up the pressure and ensure you get one where you desire can you please sign this petition and state in the reasons for signing box where you would like one to be sited.

  • Stop cars speeding down Dallowie Road in Patna, East Ayrshire
Having lost two cats in the last 16 weeks due to being hit by cars in this street, my worry is that maybe next time a child could be killed. Dallowie Road is a road which is regularly used especially by children and adults going to School and the local Doctor’s surgery plus also has access to the local shops. Dallowie road has a straight expanse and yet does not have any speed bumps installed which would help to slow drivers down. East Ayrshire Council, please take action and install speed bumps before someone is killed.
