• Safe standing
Anybody that has attended a premier league or watched a premier league game on tv, will have noticed the lack of atmosphere at grounds across the country. This campaign will enable supporters of both clubs at the ground to create a better atmosphere in a safe environment.

  • SAY NO TO THE DAKOTA ACCESS PIPELINE
The pipeline is going over burial grounds and under a river that serves millions of people. The company concerned already have spills in other rivers and have it signed they are NOT responsible for clean up! Also this is land that was given to the reservation in a treaty so should be respected. Millions of people around the globe have been protesting about this on social media , many of them UK residents so please speak up on our behalf. The police have also been using force against what have only been peaceful protests but we do not want this to escalate.

  • Take Back Control of Carnforth Civic Hall.
The vacuum at the heart of Post-Brexit Britain can't be filled by reckless spending. Hard working families demand restraint from their elected officials. Time to take back control of our cleaning equipment. http://www.thewestmorlandgazette.co.uk/news/14833308.Carnforth_Civic_Hall_gets_new_vacuum_cleaner/?ref=mr&lp=6

  • The Scotch Whisky Trail
As a lover and drinker of all types of Scotch Whisky myself, I hope that this will bring back exclusivity and quality to all Scotch Whisky sold everywhere in the world. It will also, hopefully, make the industry to focus more on quality and exclusivity, rather than quantity. This will hopefully drive up the general quality of all Scotch Whisky produced.

  • The Burning Injustice of Orgreave
Amber Rudd, Home Secretary, has ruled out an inquiry into police malpractice at Orgreave, 1984. She stated there was not a sufficient basis for an inquiry because "nobody died" and there was "no miscarriage of justice". The Orgreave Truth and Justice Campaign needs our support in their fight for justice for the miners and their families whose lives were blighted by the violent response to those on the picket line by the police, who may have been acting under political direction. This is why we need an inquiry.

  • Overturn the Tory decision not to hold an enquiry into Orgreave
It is important that justice is done. Just as in the Hillsborough Enquiry

  • Justice for Orgreave
The miners and their relatives have never had a full and fair explanation as to what went so wrong with the policing, and subsequently, on the day and the days after the events at the plant.

  • Orgreave Now
There is a lack of faith in the South Yorkshire Police but there also seems to be a cover up with cabinet papers not being released. The bitterness of this dispute still hangs over the communities involved

  • Legalize marijuana for recreational use in the UK
Marajuana is a drug that doesn't do harm to your health. The benefits are endless and it should be legalised. People should be able to make their own choice about smoking marajuana. Alcohol is legal yet, health issues, accidents and crimes more specifically happen due to alcohol. With any drug people abuse it, it doesn't even have to be a drug. Food is addictive, so is a cigarette, they can lead to health issues. I'm not suggesting that everyone abuses drugs or that all drugs are okay, I'm informing you that cannabis is not a bad drug. Laws should be put into place with the legalisation of marajuana just like the law in place for drinking alcohol. There are many benefits to marajuana, be it the health benefits or the the physical and emotional benefits. Medical marajuana should be legal in UK and prescribed with the consent of a parent or guardian for people under the age of 18. Marajuana is proven by many studies to treat cancer, seizures, mental health illnesses like anorexia and depression and even aches or pains. It is can benefit many people's lives for the better, so why are people denied this?

  • Release Aasia Bibi
Politics and religion are not compatible in the running of a country where practicality and pragmatism are much in need. Religious belief is an irrational but purely personnal matter and not one to excuse the brutal supression of people who may hold an alternative view. This sort of behaviour is nothing but a return to the days of the 'Inquisition' and has no place in the 21st century.

  • Parking on pavements
This is a very dangerous practice for blind pavement users, parents with prams and disabled persons. It also hampers drivers backing out from driveways as their vision is restricted.
