Community Hospitals provide health and medical services such as minor injuries departments and hospital beds for those well enough to be released from General Hospitals but still too sick to return to their own homes. These hospitals act as intermediaries, providing care for some of the most vulnerable people in south devon in particular the old and infirm. Beds in community hospitals mean General Hospitals are able to move recovering patients enabling them to treat more critical patients. Losing these beds will only serve to bed block General Hospitals, such as Torbay, Exeter & Plymouth, leading to poorer service. When it comes to Medical treatment this can be the difference in providing outstanding care (saving lives), or being prevented from treating the sick or injured (resulting in preventable deaths and suffering). My understanding is that Bovey Tracey Community Hospital has been temporarily closed for some time now, and unless action is taken now, it will be made permanent under these proposals.

Hatton Garden is the centre of the UK's diamond trade with over 300 businesses and 30 local shops, it has carried a long tradition of craft skills since the 19th century. But unfortunately the Landlords of several workshops have joined together and decided this December they'll be raising the rent to unaffordable levels. There are several workshops in Hatton Garden who practice a craft that is dying out, there is little interest to be had by a younger generation but the workshops still offer apprenticeships to pass down the skills and craft necessary. Many of these workshops have been informed by their landlords that on December 2016 their rent will be going up from £7,000 per month to £14,000! An unbelievable hike in rent which sadly will see the demise of many of these workshops, as many of the crafts people are old and haven't the time or money to find a new area to relocate to. I believe it is a wonderful thing that you need a ring polished or a diamond to be set, a ring to be fixed or resized or to commission an engraving as a gift, you only have to travel to Hatton Garden and visit several workshops to get what you want done. However, if plans go ahead, next year you'll be looking at those workshops closed and replaced with more student housing and luxury apartment accommodation, whilst the majority of the workshops will just disappear and alongside them an entire trade. Hatton Garden, with it's rich historic tapestry blending monarchy, religion, trade, craft and culture, is a bleeding heart worth saving. The train company is not being discouraged from providing a poor and costly service, as passengers like myself, are too exhausted to go through the laborious procedure of trying to get compensation, after a long tiring journey. Virgin hold onto this money, are not incentivised to invest and improve the service, which leads to continued misery for passengers.

Could you set out the process the government intends to use to review the current EU/EC Regulations and Directives for instance that form part of the social policy agenda, and how it intends to safeguard and protect existing rights for workers in the UK. It is important because wether you are legal or not illegal in the uk we are all humans , we all deserve the same treatment , family have been seperrated , from one and other because some have had status to stay here some don't , is not fair , every one who is here but not legally all they want to do is work and live a normal life with their close family's , they want to contribute in the government pay they taxes bills etc, like every other British person , I think there is nothing wrong that , I know family's who have spend fortunes for their close ones to get a status in the uk they have spend thousands on home office fees , court fees and lawyer fees , and in the end of it they still get refused , where are the human rights ?

Our green spaces and recreation ground are valuable community assets and the recreation ground is vital as it is designated Flood zone category 2, protecting the local community and surrounding areas from risk of flooding. Our playing fields and park are used by many on a daily basis. They are not only used by Sheerwater residents. The recreation ground serves a much wider area. The recreation ground has a large park area for children, skate ramps, cricket nets and a large green space popular for football and dog walking. Should the regeneration go through on the proposed scale, the borough stands to lose the recreation ground. It will be replaced by smaller 'pocket parks' and a swale which will collect water to protect the area from flooding. The smaller areas of green will be far too small to play a game of football. The current plans show that Sheerwater will lose well over a third of its green space. A leisure centre opening within a local school will be accessible to the public outside of school hours, and the facilities will be available 'to hire', which suggests that we will have to pay to use facilities which are currently free and accessible 24 hours a day at our recreation ground. We do not believe this is an acceptable replacement and want to keep our green spaces. If we were to lose the recreation ground, the nearest park of a similar size is almost 2 miles away (in West Byfleet) for some residents. It creates fear, anxiety, distress and an exacerbation of a disabled persons conditions. If somebody has to travel out of area for an assessment it may cause the individual pain, anxiety, panic attacks and other symptoms of their illnesses. People have the right to be treated with respect and dignity. It is not the individuals fault that they are sick and need to rely on the state for financial support. Many people with disabilities have worked and been active members of society. Illness can happen to any of us. People are human with feelings and should not be made to feel humiliated and undeserving whilst attending assessments. An empathetic nature is vital when carrying out health assessments. Nearly all disabled people want to continue working, Nobody wants to struggle financially, have their independence taken away and experience life changing illnesses. The assessors need to be aware of this. It's important to ensure that if somebody is suffering from a mental health illness they are assessed by somebody that works in the Mental health field. If somebody has Parkinsons Disease they need to be assessed by somebody who works in Neurology. An assessor can not understand and individuals needs if they have no knowledge of the illness. Claimants have been unable to attend their assessments because it has been too far to travel. This must be taken into account . It's obvious that if somebody is in a wheelchair it's going to be difficult for them or if somebody is agoraphobic getting to an assessment centre may be impossible. Claimants should not be sanctioned if they have a genuine reason for not being able to turn up. There should be a complete overhaul of the way assessments are devised, dealt with and carried out by Atos and DWP. Disabled people are committing suicide because of the way they have been treated by this organisation the number of which is being hidden from the public. The true statistics should be published

It will cost every man woman and child in the UK £780.00 each, assuming it's on budget. There isn't sufficient people that will use the service to make it worth while. The say the trains will hold 1100 people and they will run every 3 minutes, that's 22,000 people per hour. In 10 hours that would be 220,000 where will they all go?
