The Lifetime ISA is turning into a financial trap for young people. Currently the savings and bonus can only be used to buy a property up to the value of £450,000. However the average house price for first time buyers in London and the South East is at least £500,000. This property value cap even applies to buying a small proportion of a property on a shared ownership scheme. This means that to buy a home the government will charge you a penalty fee of 25% to withdraw your money as your house does not qualify for the deal. (In real terms, this works out at way above the 25% bonus that is paid and eats into your original savings. Which is a situation I now face. I am set to lose money on the very little I have managed to pull together.) In the midst of a cost of living and housing crisis this is completely unacceptable. The treasury is currently profiting from people struggling to save and get a foot on the property ladder with an ill-designed financial product. This limit should be reviewed immediately to ensure that people can use the bonus towards their first homes. Or the treasury should consider waiving the penalty for anyone in the London area who wants to buy a first home. Going forward the threshold should be regularly reviewed in line with increases in the housing market. This is the absolute minimum that the government should consider reviewing to support people to get on the housing ladder. It means that even schemes like shared ownership are inaccessible for people like me in the south of England. We are in the midst of a cost of living and housing crisis. The government is unwilling to provide adequate social and affordable housing, or consider rent caps. If private ownership is the only way we the majority of the population is able to access housing reviewing this product is the absolute minimum that the government should consider. Even schemes like shared ownership are inaccessible for people like me in the south of England. The Lifetime ISA is meant to help young people get somewhere. But instead I’m now financially trapped.

The development would create a 78-bed private care home in a massive and dominating mini hospital building, operating 24 hours. The proposed development: • Is massive 5 floors, including basement, in a single dominating building • Will cause irreversible harm to the Conservation Area • Is contrary to the Neighbourhood Plan • Provides no housing of any sort, including affordable housing • Damages protected open space with no proper plan for public access nor management • Will cause pollution and much increased traffic in a neighbourhood with three busy local schools and beyond. Road Safety will be compromised. We appeal to Camden Council to respect the character of the Conservation Area and the wishes of the community. This development must rejected!

A 44% rise in the Council Tax to Salisbury City Council is scandalous. That's 4 x the rate of inflation and over 4 x the rise in incomes. How do they expect the majority of people to afford outrageous increases like that, especially when the price of food, fuel and other commodities are also increasing at an alarming rate. If they need to increase their cash flow so drastically then they should increase the tax on second homes and owners of holiday lets, for example, to make up their shortfall. In other words people who can well afford it, should pay more and not the poorest of the poor, who are also being hit by this massive increase.

Families who bury their loved one in the new Muslim burial section at a Blackburn cemetery may be expected to sign up to a new set of rulings and conditions. These new rulings and conditions being proposed by Blackburn with Darwen Borough council will have detrimental effects on the Muslim community when burying our loved ones. We need to stand together and object to this as a matter of urgency otherwise these proposed changes will see the end to Muslim burials being performed in the traditional ways they have been carried out over the generations before us.

NO BONFIRE OF EU ECO LAW The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill threatens to remove a vast amount of our environmental laws. The government must not allow any reduction in our environmental standards or protections.

Anyone can break suddenly, this is not something we need to waste time and money testing for. Cars are even equipped with automatic safety breaks that entirely eliminate the need for good reaction times. Too many failed tests too much backlog not enough passed drivers losing money losing time losing as a country.

We need all of the above to provide better service. We need to be recognised like front workers. We need to be recognised like important part of the NHS . Without us nothing will happen. You might have a prescription but if I am not there to dispense it you will not have the meds. So let's make it better for pharmacy workers and patients. Please don't forget we are people. We are not paid enough to be abused. We are still there for everyone. We are trying to help our customers as much as possible. Respect us as much we respect you.

Because everybody in Eastbourne East Sussex are tired and fed up with the train lines at Hampden park, waiting all the time for the train traffic building up at the roundabout. It would make a lot of sense just to build the bridge for cars over the train lines.

Freedom of Speech & Human Rights Petition We have the right to come together with others and peacefully express our views. Authorities must allow us to take part in marches, protests and demonstrations. Have the ability of saving our Freedom of Speech and Right to Protest.

We the undersigned are opposed to the continuing closure of Postwick Park and Ride in Norwich. This closure is contrary to Government National Bus Strategy which declares "With respect to park and ride sites in particular... the Government want to see an expansion of park and ride sites in local areas". Failure to re-open Postwick Park and Ride also goes against Norfolk County Council's own declared policy, as well as that of Central Government, relating to Climate Change Policy. People should join in with this petition because it effects people in every way (way of life, climate change and health of people in Norwich City Centre).
