I care for the welfare of animals (no matter how small or irrelevant they seem to people). People all over the country will buy Goldfish from the fair and not care for them or do even worse like dispose of them after they realise they dont want them. This is not fair. They deserve a happy healthy life with caring owners. As for Fairground stall owners, I don't see them treating the Goldfish right, ever feeding them or making sure they're ok for that matter. All some people see Goldfish as is an object/ a prize, not an animal who needs caring for. This needs to stop.

Roads are increasingly dangerous for the equestrian community with ever increasing traffic and speeding vehicles. It has never been more important to provide safe, off road riding for those who enjoy hacking out in our areas of natural beauty. Most landowners are understanding of their legal obligations to keep bridleways free from obstruction and provide suitable gates to provide access. There are no formal routes for the current equestrian community to safeguard their current pastime and access is threatening the informal existence of routes currently followed due to the installation of barriers to reduce off road biking nuisance. The equestrian community are proud of their links with the non-riding community who also enjoy and share some of the routes used whether it be for cycling or walking and wish to ascertain everyone's safety in the process.

This is important because it is used to "train" dogs by fear and pain.

This is important because lots of animals are being harmed most of them resulting in death and they shouldn't be. Lots of makeup brands do not test on animals and are still equally successful as those brands that still do. This just proves that there are different ways of testing cosmetics without harming animals or even involving them in any way.

These creatures are the nearest relatives we have and as such deserve our care and protection. The main source of harm to these animals is purely financial so it is up to us to decide, it is a choice. Provide the same protection as to humans and we start to stop the mistreatment, exploitation and deaths of animals with over 98% identical DNA to ourselves, this is a measure of our humanity to humanity!

Many dog owners are unable to let their dogs off lead, a good example is our beagle who is not yet great at recall. Enclosed spaces would allow for more exercise without the worry of not seeing them again. We have some great open spaces in Bexley but none that provide this.

These 2 pieces of green situated between Landen Park and Arne Grove in Horley, Surrey, were designated as 'PUBLIC OPEN SPACES' when the housing estate was designed and built in the early 1970s. These green spaces are used and enjoyed every day by residents of all ages for activities such as walking, dog walking, cycling and playing. They have also been used for community celebrations such as for the Queen's Jubilees. The green areas provide a vital habitat for local wildlife including birds and bats. The space creates a visual break for residents, and these areas have been an important factor in many residents' decision to move into the estate over the last 40 plus years. This land is now being threatened with development. As residents we are already being impacted by the huge development to the north-west of us at the Westvale Park site. Building on these areas would bring even more traffic to two already crowded cul-de-sacs, creating risks for local children who play and walk these streets. For the health, well-being and sustainability of community and family life, and for the protection of local wildlife, we must protect these precious green spaces.

The production of foie gras is nothing short of barbaric. It is illegal to produce it in the UK and in 12 other countries globally. The owners of this pub are importing it and selling it. Foie gras has no place in a civilised society.

It's barbaric, inhumaine and cruel, Enough is enough. Let England stand above the rest and be a Great Nation. Stand tall and show the world CRUELTY for Vainity is NOT acceptable.

The UK's National Wildlife Crime Unit is badly underfunded. A recent FOI request revealed an actual annual income of only £515, 203 - allowing them to employ 10.6 "full time equivalent" staff (which in fact equates to 11 staff members). This is across the whole of the UK! No wonder wildlife crime in the UK is rampant. Hen Harriers are regularly shot over grouse moors and nobody is prosecuted, to cite just one example. If the NWCU are going to do an effective job of preventing (and prosecuting) wildlife crime in the UK they need to be far better funded

These traps are used to trap rodents (mice, rats shrews etc) by pretending to be a food source, but actually are a very sticky surface. The rodent becomes stuck to the surface of the trap and looks forward to a long slow death from starvation. Recently birds of prey such as owls have tried to feed on the trapped rodents and have become stuck themselves and die the same prolonged death from starvation. We are seeking a ban on the sale and use of these inhumane, Indiscriminate traps, to reduce animal suffering.
