This is of vital importance for people of the County Durham area. We are a nurse led unit who admit patients from Acute sites who are medically fit for discharge but may need more social input or would be unsafe to discharge home for example dementia patients, non- weight bearing patients and obese patients. The plans for these patients now is to discharge home for district nurses to see to but there are no proposals to increase the number of district nurses and when people spoke to them they were not aware of the proposals or how they were going to staff them!

I am Mason Bell, I am running this petition because the only access to the station is up flights of stairs. These stairs are steep and on one side there are 3 sections of steps to climb. This makes access very difficult for people with disabilities, parents with children in buggies and heavy luggage. I myself am unable to access the station as the stairs are too steep for me. I see lots of people struggle up the steps to the station and a lift or stairlift will make access and easier and be more likely to improve usage of the station.

IF THE GARDEN NURSERY CENTER WAS REINSTATED IT WOULD ENABLE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES TO EXPAND THEIR HORIZONS, DEVELOP SOCIAL SKILLS, MEET NEW PEOPLE FROM MANY DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS, FEEL MORE INCLUSIVE IN THE BROADER COMMUNITY, BE THE FIRST STEP TO GAINING MEANINGFUL EMPLOYMENT, GAIN A SENSE OF SELF ACHIEVEMENT FOR BOTH THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES. IT WILL ALSO ACT AS A HUB FOR RETIRED GARDENERS TO PASS ON THEIR EXPERTISE TO A DIFFERENT GENERATION OF PEOPLE WILLING TO LEARN. CREATING A PLACE WITH A STRONG SENSE OF COMMUNITY.

This petition is important as this is the primary reason the NHS exists today. Let this not be another story where a family has to go private with their healthcare due to the NHS failures and government turning their backs on its people. Ultimately Abigail Bolt's life can be significantly improved given a decision to allow the necessary medication be made available.

I'm aiming at all the people who have never been to a gym that now find themselves living with illness.in my experience activity ,movement,stretch cycle swim are all key to living a longer life against all the odds I myself was diagnosed multiple sclerosis 11 years ago. Ive been a member to various gym facilities through out, I believe it's the best way forward for all newly diagnosed patients,🐝

Having to change anyone with a server disability on a cold and dirty floor is unacceptable. It causes stress and danger for all involved, not to mention its completely undignified! Everyone has the right to be changed in a safe environment, and with the correct equipment, so I am trying to get facilities such as a hoist room in and around Northamptonshire for those people who rely on such equipment to be changed safely.

Since 2005, the Mental Capacity Act has safeguarded the rights of people in care homes, hospitals and other places where they are deprived of their liberty. A High Court ruling -namely the 'Cheshire West' ruling - resulted in vaste numbers of people becoming eligible for protections which ended up having a lot of duplication. There is a real need to streamline services. The Law Commission drafted a bill to streamline the Act to give real efficiencies but preserved the balance of rights safeguarded in the original Act. The bill introduced - and currently being rushed through Parliament - has controversially removed a lot of the protections of vulnerable peoples' rights and there is a real risk that the essence of the original Act will be watered down and lost. The Lords - in their second reading of the Act - raised real concerns and there is very little time left to get this right. The next reading is scheduled for early September. We can get this right and urge the right people to also do so. This petition seeks to gather public support to ensure that people currently in positions that none of us would choose to be have their basic human rights upheld and protected by systems with appropriate checks and balances without cutting corners.

If a person is having a Cardiac Arrest, access to a defibrillator is urgently required. Finding one can take valuable minutes. Also it's essential for us all to know where our closest is located There are resources on line for this purpose, but most peope have immediate access to Google Maps UK survival rates following cardiac arrest are the lowest in Europe, despite the widespread availability of Public Access Defibrillators

There will be people who Don't like crowded car parks where in disabled you have extra room Will make them feel more independent so they can park closer

This is so important for me to help my 9year grandson who is type1 life easier on a daily basis using these sensors make it easier during the day and at night to check his blood without waking him with finger prick with test strips. These sensors are so expensive to buy and it's hard for a young working couple with other outgoing to have this extra amount of money to go out. You will do without for your child to have these sensors...type 1diabetic have enough to deal with so this makes life so much easier and safer. My friend is also type 1 too and works hard so she can buy these sensors. Type1 diabetics struggle on a daily basis so why can't these be made available on the NHS they are more than test strip but all round a better way to test their blood. I also think all type 1diabetics should have the help make it easier to do bloods with an immediate and painless result. This is a life threatening disease and they can struggle on a daily basis.

Gates have been erected at Maudland Road thru to Seymore Road, South Shore, Blackpool, it is understood the gates were for the security of the rear of St Heliers Road. The placement of the gates has restricted access to and from Bancroft park and the South Shore area as well as easier access to bus routes on Lytham Road and the main gate of Blackpool Gateway Academy. These inconveniences have had a detrimental effect on the residents of St Heliers Road, Saville Road, Maudland Road, Baron Road, Stansfield Street and Central Drive and beyond. The problems cover a range of issues, namely lowered security, health issues, traffic problems and the general wellbeing of the community. Repositioning the access to this walk way will allow access to Bancroft park and South Shore and improve the wellbeing of many of the residents.
