The commercial TV companies have it made, no studio, no actors/actresses, low overheads etc. It is frustrating that the public are having to fundraise for the NHS when there is an obvious pot of money which can be gained from a small change in the law. These services are overstretched, the staff are overworked and they are struggling with a lack of funding. Please remember that we the national insurance and tax payers are paying for the services above that commercial TV programmes are being made out of, with the commercial TV companies for far too long being allowed to make such huge profits out of national insurance and tax payer funded services. EVIDENCE/RESEARCH THE INFORMATION BELOW HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR YEARS AND SIMILARLY IS STILL GOING ON TODAY, (Investigation over the period of one week sat 6th January- Friday 12th January 2018 more than 103 hours of TV footage was shown of the police over various commercial Freeview channels, and over 29 hours of footage featuring the NHS. This equated to over 24 hours of advertising revenue (YES ADVERTS!) during the police programmes and over 6.7 hours of advertising (YES ADVERTS!) during the NHS programmes). This is a typical example of just one week of the year, and similar will be happening every week which would equate to 1257.7 hours of advertising (YES ADVERTS!) during police programmes and 351.8 hours of advertising (YES ADVERTS!) during the NHS programmes per year. As you can see the amount of advertising (YES ADVERTS!) revenue the emergency services could be taking advantage of is huge, even if they only had a small percentage of the profits from advertising alone it would make a huge contribution towards their funding. I.E. NHS Additional income for more NHS staff & Equipment Additional income to be able to pay for free car parking for staff & visitors POLICE Additional income to be able to pay for extra police officers (policemen on the beat) Additional income to fund local donations to good causes

Because at the moment these plans are quickly being put through whilst the general public are unaware of the new plans. They intend to knock Richard dunn's down and rebuild on Sedbergh playing fields but without any of the slides, cafe, squash courts, badminton, tennis, cycle track, various exercise classes, children's zone etc . They are chopping down a large amount of trees some with tree preservation orders all on the green land at sedberg that local people have always used as we have no park. This is on top of the loss of the other bradford pool's that they are already closing.

Edinburgh is not the first capital city of Scotland it holds less people that Glasgow has less transport links to other capitals has more tourism but less commercial offerings and lack of space.

As you may be aware, Glasgow City Council intend to invest £9million in to Byres Road in the west end. There are many areas of Glasgow that would benefit from such a boost to their area, which in turn would increase local economy and infrastructure. But still the city council are focusing on further gentrifying the ''West End'' area. The Norh Shire are a young but thriving small, family ran business. They have dedicated their time and business to bringing alive beautiful buildings from well known books so that fandom's can see their dreams realised by spending a night (or two, or three, or four) in a place that they have only been able to dream of until now. They are one of 16 businesses who currently have permission for their 'Hobit Hole' hideaway. A perfect place for families to take a break from reality and enter into a fairytale world. Their business is growing from strength to strength with the Hobbit Hole being a central point. People are travelling from all over the world to stay, bringing much needed tourism and income to the area. North Shire is based in an area that is suffering an economic crisis as the steel works that provided many jobs and much needed income has closed. It is now more crucial than ever to lift the economy of East Cleveland in Teesside This is why I am asking North York Moors National Park Autority to reconsider their request for The Groundskeeper's Cottage to be built in wood instead of stone. The fandom of which this unique and magical building is based is a continually growing one. It is undeniable how far the fandom reaches and with a current movie trilogy underway, it can only grow. Having a local business build this incredible building (from locally sourced sandstone) can only bring happiness and light, as well as much needed tourism, media attention, and income to this area. Grass verges compound the difficulties facing British pollinators by removing a potentially valuable source of indigenous flora. Its maintenance places an unnecessary strain on already stretched local government budgets and creates an environmental non-entity in a space which might otherwise be a productive habitat for wildlife.

While such sculptures have been located at various sites around Gloucester, including more than a dozen at Robinswood Hill County Park, funding has instead been expended at St. James' Park on an handful of exercise frames that attract little interest, and poorly secured litter bins that are prone to vandalism. Carved sculptures, it can be seen at those other sites, instill a real sense of community pride, while being more resistant to both theft and vandalism (which happened to two light benches in the community garden over a year ago, leading to the City Farm locking the garden up, threatening prosecution on 'trespassers', and not replacing the seating). A carved Gloucestershire Old Spot in the park would send a clear message that this rare bit of open green space in the ward has not been overlooked, encouraging and inspiring recreational activities throughout the community. I would ask residents of Barton & Tredworth and the city in general to support this petition, and promote it to TETRA and our city/county councillors, whenever possible.

Radio SE10 has the potential to grow and become a constant voice and tool for students. Community radio brings people together, as we have seen in the last few weeks, around music, discussion. We have already completely filled our weekly schedule, having only fully launched 7 days ago, we provide 25 hours of weekly broadcast time. To grow any larger currently, would require to 2 daily setups, requiring 90 minutes setting up and putting away equipment.

Renaming the A6 would honour one of NI's most distinguished poets, Seamus Heaney. He took this route often to school & back from home and the region was part & parcel of his early work. His poetry is inclusive, hopeful, reflective and frequently quoted as part of our peace process. Ideally the A6 also can further his wishes for progress and peace. This would tie up very well with the "Wild Atlantic Way" and can benefit the counties in between too. It would be advantageous too for Tourism and as the Heaney Homestead is on this route, also rather appropiate.

One of the joys of the World Cup is to watch - or try to watch - every game and develop favourites throughout the tournament. 48 teams is counterproductive to that and is just a moneymaking ploy by an organisation which never learns its lesson.
