Trees are fundamentally important to our planet - Friends of the Earth estimate that in order to avoid a climate crisis, we need to double the number of trees in the UK - by 2030; projects like ours, will help reach that milestone. We are senior citizens and, having paid for a 3 year railcard we would like to extend the expiry date to reflect the time lapsed for the government's ban on rail travel. The railcards are costly and use up a substantial amount in our budget and are the difference between traveling to see our daughter and not. We feel cheated and are very hard pushed to afford another railcard at this time.
