Finsbury Park is the fourth busiest Underground station outside zone 1. As many have experienced first-hand, the station currently experiences regular closures and delays due to overcrowding during peak hours. This overcrowding is not only inconvenient, it is also potentially dangerous. The proposed closure of Wells Terrace entrance which is due to take place on 18 July 2016 will inevitably make matters worse and cause even further delays and congestion. TfL plans to close this entrance permanently. A new entrance will be located on Fonthill Road, removed from the current Bus station. Until 2019, TfL plans to have only one entrance open during peak hours, Station Place. This is completely inadequate. When the closure of Wells Terrace was first proposed TfL postponed their decision to close the entrance back in April 2015 in order to "minimise disruption.” What has changed since then? If anything more commuters use the station than ever before and TfL has provided users of this station with no information regarding the impact that this will have on daily commutes. TfL has failed to propose any mitigation for the effects which the closure will have. Thousands of passengers have had to put up with severe delays and cancelled trains for weeks on end because Southern rail's incompetence. After weeks of misery, they have now axed 341 services a day. When the government stepped in and took over failing East Coast rail, passenger satisfaction levels were the highest on record and punctuality and reliability improved. Plus, it put £640 million back in to the public purse. Southern rail and their parent company Govia Thameslink are paid to provide a service - but they're not doing it. It's time they were stripped of the franchise.

The referendum was called by Prime Minister David Cameron, who has now resigned leaving the country in a parlous state with nobody at the helm. For members of parliament to abandon ship leaving us rudderless for the next six weeks would be negligent.

This is a really important to me as I see the National Minimum Wage an unfair practice to everyone Under 25. Workplace Policies bang on about "Equal Opportunities" and "Equal Rights", but where does equal rights and opportunities come into play about how much every single worker gets? It is unfair and wrong of every workplace in Britain to be giving extremely hard, motivated and invaluable employees to be unfair paid all due to the National Minimum Wage boundaries set by the UK Government. Every single employee in Britain should be entitled as my pay as everyone else. It is completely bang out of order pay 16 year old £3.87 per hour for then a 28 year old, holding the same job role AND experience, to be paid £7.20 per hour. This is not "Equal" and this is not by any means right. This, back in 1996 should have been outlined in The Employment Rights Act 1996, to where every employee is within their right to equal pay to anyone of all ages. Personal Story: I once worked at an Attraction Theme Park where in 2013 was getting paid £3.72 per hour (I was 16). After a year and a half of employment there (2014) with a year and a half's experience on my CV, there was 21+ year old getting paid £6.50 per hour when these employees has no experience of anything of any kind and they were getting paid at the time (nearly £2) more than i was earning per hour. I am now 19, driving, got rent to pay, pay for car insurance, pay my monthly phone bill, fuel, car tax, MOT, ect. National Minimum Wage is not enough to pay for all of this. We as a generation need to paid equally as we all have expensive bills to pay out for. Not just the Over 25's. This age segregation of our pay limits is common discrimination to all of us and segregating all of us just because of how old we all are. This is a disgrace to my employment rights and my own equal opportunities and rights of the work place. It is a sham that this sort of practice is getting used today where workers are entitled to equal pay. This is the reason why the National Minimum Wage needs to be complete and indefinitely abolished, then that to be taken over with the National Living Wage.

Had I been screened for thyroid disorder before or during pregnancy, my son would not be borderline hypothyroid now. We found out by chance that his TSH and T4 levels were out of range! I was put at serious risk of losing my baby or him being born with a birth defects and many have already lost their babies for an un-diagnosed thyroid disorder. If women were screened in preparation of pregnancy, many unexplained miscarriages, birth defects or lifelong developmental conditions could be maybe avoided or at least contained and controlled, all thanks to one extra blood test screening comparing to what is the current offering under the NHS services for pregnant women. Please make this become possible, as women are then the ones left with the burden to deal with the guilt, the pain and the sorrow of remembering their rainbow babies! Riley was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called hunter syndrome when he was two,it's a proggressive disease with a life expectancy of 12-15years. When he was diagnosed we had an email off Welsh government saying it wasn't cost effective to give him treatment that would give him a better and less painful life. We had to move from Wales to England to get treatment,not only had we just found out are son had a life limiting disease but we would have to leave all are friends, family and are complete support network behind. We struggle on a daily basis were we are now with no support, we just want to go back home to be with family and have more of a support network for the boys. MOD costings for renewal of Trident are still based on 2007 estimates, and are said to be between £15 and £20 billion. We are now entering a period of at least two years when the value of the pound and our country's credit rating will be at best uncertain, and possibly lead to recession. Whatever happens once we have left the EU, for the next two years there will be less money to spend on the NHS, schools, care for the elderly and disadvantaged, not more, and it makes no sense to committ such a proportion of our dwindling resources to this project. Let us at least wait until we have more idea of what our relations with the EU and the rest of the world will look like, and how our economy is faring, before the debate is held.

Over the last 2 years, Horden banner and band have not marched through our wonderful village, due to the fact that people would rather be at Durham Big Meeting a lot earlier. This has left many residents left standing to wait for the annual morning wake up by the loud music from the band, and for them to pass while they stand on the street corner, which has never ended up happening. Residents would like to see the annual march through the village continue, with prior notice on location, time and the route the banner will make, as well as an opportunity to travel with the banner to Durham.

There have also been shootings of beaver on the Tay river system that have been uncontrolled and unauthorised which has seen pregnant females being killed, as confirmed by RZSS vets. The Scottish Government response to these actions was effectively a request not to carry on with this activity. Given that there is much evidence to suggest that beaver activity can not only have immediate ecological benefits to the area around beaver ponds but also to population and health of fish such as trout and salmon and help by way of flood prevention down stream, an overall decision would seem a good long term strategy for all concerned!

I'm concerned about the candidate Amanda Speilmans experience and business interests in Academies and Qualifications is not wide enough to support, care or protect all the different aspects of Ofsteds remit. The Education Select Comittee had this to say amongst other concerns : "While Ms Spielman, through her work at ARK and Ofqual, has gained experience of secondary education, she did not convince us that she had a clear understanding of the other aspects of this complex role, such as: early years; primary education; children’s services; child protection; looked-after children; special educational needs; further education; and the educational support role for which local authorities are inspected. We did not leave the session feeling that she was prepared for the vast scope and complexity of this important role. Notwithstanding our views on the candidate, we have been concerned for some time about the lack of expertise on children’s services amongst Ofsted’s senior management, particularly as Ofsted does not currently have a permanent director of children’s social care. Ofsted’s social care work is currently overshadowed by that on education. In context of recent high profile failures in children’s services over recent years, it deserves a higher profile and is an issue on which strong leadership from Ofsted is needed." These are important recommendations and should not be discounted!!!

The application goes against numerous policies in the Arun Local Plan. The site is outside the built up area, where the only development that might be approved would be sea defences. A planning application for a shelter for one boat was rejected in 2015 and the refusal was upheld on appeal, because the small shelter, less than one metre high, was considered to harm the open character of the beach and was therefore contrary to policy GEN7 of the Local Plan. An enclosure 2.85 metres high to accommodate 60 boats, which includes a building 13.6 metres long, must also be contrary to planning policy. There are also practical problems about the site: the roads approaching it are private, and the owners have said that they will note provide the Open Dinghy Club with the right to use them. There is a section of car park between the road west of the site, South Strand, which is attached to the house south of it, and its owner, Caroline Bond, has said she will not allow the club to cross her land. So the site can only be reached on foot or from the sea, and construction of the enclosure and building seems impossible. Please let Arun District Council know your thoughts, today.

This needs to be done, would be simple to implement and would have many positive advantages over our current system of grudgingly given welfare benefits many of which are not claimed due to stigmatisation issues and lack of awareness. The advantages include: A basic citizen's income would be a hand up, a platform to launch your career from , to potentially do well and contribute to improving the quality of society through income tax. There may well be a backlash one day as the gap between rich and poor continues to increase, this idea would avoid social unrest, possible revolution and bloodshed. Vast swathes of DWP expense could be abolished except for special circumstances where people because of disability need a small citizen's income supplement to support their extra basic living costs. The economy would be stimulated by the extra demand and productivity created by the poorest in society having slightly more money to spend and invest in small enterprises. The 'feel good factor' would be promoted by a basic income as a right for all. People would have financial stability and be able to plan and make effective decisions for their futures, unclouded by fear and worry. Reduced/abolished poverty through a basic income would lead to reduction in homelessness, begging and crime and its related costs to the police and justice system. The dignity of every citizen would be be restored, the motive for petty crime removed. Greatly reduced levels of clinical depression, alcoholism and stress related health issues with a commensurate saving to our NHS. The onus would no longer be on the poor to prove they are not benefits cheats but the focus will be moved to the rich to prove they are not avoiding taxation and cheating their fellow citizens. The era of stigmatisation of the poor and turning a blind eye to the far bigger crimes of the rich will come to an end. The need for charities where those at top of an organisation make an excellent living off the back of volunteers would also greatly be reduced. People generally don't want to receive charity and feel patronised by and obligated to some individual or organisation. A basic income as a citizen's right would help to negate the reason for charity organisations in all but the most extreme cases and causes. The current system of working tax credits and universal credit is a system that subsidises the meanest paying employers not the poverty struck employees.
