The area in question is the land to the North of Blind Lane in Houghton and has been green, open space for over 40 years and is used by the local community for recreational purposes. Due to several new build developments locally, this is now the only area of green , open space in the locality and is vital for the local community. In 2012, Sunderland City Council carried out a Green space Audit in the area and it was found to be the largest and highest quality green space in the area. It was also identified as serving three purposes; an outdoor sports facility, an amenity green space and as forming part of a green corridor in the area.

This procedure needs at least TWO Doctors & 3 Nurses present. This is just one, there must be Hundreds if not thousands of medical conditions that need immediate attention I personally had to move house twice to be near an A & E, I don't want to move again at 70yrs old.

We have the right to expect that those in government with responsibility for children’s education will take their well-being fully into account when making changes to the education system. It is becoming increasingly apparent that many experts in child development, neuroscience, education, and child mental health have serious concerns that the current education system is unfit for purpose and damaging to our children’s well-being. As concerned parents, carers, teachers, and members of the community, we call on the Department for Education to: - Provide independently verifiable proof that child development, well-being and mental health were taken fully into account and given due consideration during the process of reforming the National Curriculum and testing regime; - Provide endorsements from independent experts in child development, neuroscience, education, and child mental health that these changes are in our children’s best interests and contribute positively to nurturing their education. If these conditions cannot be met and the education system remains open to serious allegations of being damaging to children, immediate action must be taken to make the necessary changes. The dementia centre is a life line for clients on the island they get hot meals help with personal hygiene medical help and socialise with other people in the same position as them .they get interaction .the befriending scheme they are proposing to use maybe a good thing for doing shopping or sitting with clients for a coup,e of hours to let carers do something for themselves but what about the clients who don't have anyone else .they go to day centre for the day it is a life line for them .

On 23rd June 2016, the Office for National Statistics released distressing data, which shows an increase in death rates of 9% (that's 52,400 people) in England and Wales between June 2014 and June 2015 when compared with data from the previous year. This rise is unprecedented. Never before have we failed our sick and elderly populations to such a degree. The British Medical Journal (BMJ) published the data in an article on 6th July, stating that austerity and economic inequality played a "major role" in this increase. There are now millions fewer social care visits to the elderly per year since Osborne assumed office in 2010 and Jeremy Hunt in 2012. These care packages were seen as playing a vital role in the early identification and treatment of the deterioration in a person’s health and well-being. Public Health England stated that they are observing rapidly increasing mortality rates in the over 75s. These rates are particularly high in “spearhead areas”, which are some of the poorest parts of the country. The BMJ have stated that members of the public with long term health needs such as dementia and other disabilities are suffering the most. Often these are the people among us without a voice.
