As child & young adult mental health issues continue to soar in the UK to critical issue levels? We demand that the Government take action, indeed has a moral imperative, to make it a priority for funding to be made available to all U.K schools, colleges & universities as a matter of utmost urgency to be utilised for the implementation of holistic programs which promote and address both the benefits of & the need for increased mental well-being for our children & young adults The Mental Health Foundation website states quite clearly that: 20% of adolescents may experience a mental health problem in any given year 50% of mental health problems are established by age 14 and 75% by age 24 10% of children and young people (aged 5-16 years) have a clinically diagnosable mental problem yet 70% of children and adolescents who experience mental health problems have not had appropriate interventions at a sufficiently early age The provision of funding for & the freedom of our educational establishments to introduce programs designed to underpin & maintain a young persons mental well-being OR restore & redress the balance in those who are already known to struggle? Is increasingly acknowledge as being beneficial When we intentionally introduce concepts such as emotional intelligence, mindfulness, growth mindset as well as breathing and meditation techniques at an early age, our children naturally become calmer, more attentive & focused and very definitely more self-aware Teaching our young people skills of this nature, together with active listening, empathy, emotional control & inter-personal relationship skills equips them with the tools to thrive & grow confidently and positively fuels an increased sense of self-worth & self-esteem. Which in turn when applied consistently, sets them up to succeed not only socially but academically as well The key to not only halting but reversing the mental health crisis we're currently experiencing (1:4 of us will suffer or know someone who does in our lifetime) lies firmly in the education of our children & young adults from an early age and when that begins to happen as a matter of course? We will not only be raising happier, more well-balanced children, we will be providing them with the foundational life skills we all need in order to grow & ultimately become happy, healthy & whole adults Implementing programs of this nature is a vital part of the process and which when we get it right, will not only see millions of people with improved mental health & well-being but the beneficial implications over time will mean less pressure on overstretched education & health services, almost certainly a decrease in children & young adult crime rates and a dramatic increase in attainment & achievement long-term within our educational system, meaning an increased number of fully functioning & productive adults contributing positively to society This won't happen overnight BUT each and every signature will take us one step closer to it becoming a reality SO I URGE YOU PLEASE stand with us today & pledge your support because by signing this petition? This is fundamental because in a country where youth crime is at such a high rate, youth facilities provide vital refuge from Britain's gang scene for youth. Despite this, their budgets are being dwindled. This needs to stop!

An iceskating rink would be a perfect idea for local residents and a tourist attraction. The local icerink from Norwich is in Peterbourough (1 hour 38 minutes.) This is inconvenient for those who wish to bond with family, spend time with community due to it being too far to travel.

This is important because of health and safety issues - what if someone is having a heart attack on board and no guard to offer assistance, if the train is involved in an accident there needs to be a guard to asisst the driver etc,,,,etc,,,,etc Some fantastic news is my local parliamentarian Jeff Smith MP for Withington, Manchester is supporting this campaign, here is his message:- Dear Prince Frederick, Thank you for contacting me recently about increasing rail fares, service cuts, and staff reductions on the UK rail network. I believe that our railways are a vital public service and I agree that it is deeply concerning that rail fares increased 3.4% in January 2018. This staggering increase is the biggest fare rise in the last five years, and I am concerned that it is making rail travel unaffordable for many people. Pricing passengers off the railway threatens the sustainability of the network as a whole, and I believe the Government should cap rail fares with the consumer price index to provide clarity on pricing. As you are aware, the RMT has been campaigning against the expansion of Driver Only Operation (DOO) services and cuts to staffing across the rail network. I agree that the Government should halt the expansion of DOO services and stop cutting jobs across the railway industry to ensure that staffing levels remain safe at all times. I am committed to prioritising public service over private profit, which is why the manifesto I stood on at the 2017 General Election pledged to bring our railways back into public ownership. I believe this would allow us to provide passengers with real benefits, such as capped fares and free Wi-Fi across the rail network. I am confident that taking back control of our railways would provide tangible benefits for the rail users across the UK. I believe our fragmented, privatised railway has driven up costs and left passengers paying more for less. Im sure we've all heard of the huge inpact our use of plastic and especially single use plastics is having on our environment. Destroying natural habitats for many species of animals and microparticles getting into the food chain via fish. If this isn't enough you only have to look at the pictures of beaches littered by plastics that ends up in our oceans. We need to do our upmost to protect our planet and the species we have left. A simple way to do this would be for supermarkets to use paper bags or recycled cardboard boxes they have from packaging, in place of any type of plastic bags. In addition fruit and vegetables that are packaged in plastic bags and sold at a reduced cost, could easily be sold loose as a certain weight for the same cost, that customers can put into paper bags or there own tubs from home. Paper bags take a month to decompose as opposed to 5 -10 years of plastic counterparts. Get supermarkets to change now!

WE HAVE BEEN STUDYING IT FOR THREE YEARS AND NOW THE SCHOOL IS TRYING TO GET RID OF IT AS IT'S "LESS IMPORTANT THAN MATH AND ENGLISH".

Recycling is an important factor in protecting our planet from the impact that we are having on it, it enables us to use products such as plastics and glass safe in the knowledge that it won't hinder our wildlife and areas of natural beauty. If individuals do not have access to recycling facilities and they do not drive they will be unable to recycle despite their convictions.

The rise of the far right leads our nation into darkness. The right to free speech cannot include the use of violence at rallies and demonstrations

It is important for the environment and wildlife. We need to reduce the amount of plastics being used and plastic milk cartons are being thrown away by households and companies on a daily basis.

Christians are officially the most persecuted minority in the world at the moment, Jews have a long and painful history of persecution and Islamophobia is prevalent in our society. It would be wonderful for SE railway to start conversations amongst customers and colleagues by demonstrating how much all of these groups have in common. It would also combat religious illiteracy which is leading to intolerance in our society.

The Riverside view estate is quite isolated and can be dangerous to walk to and from. With the wagons that speed down the quay with no obvious speed limit indicated and the industrial estate behind is a hazard to walk through. The nearest bus service is the 11 from the marsh which is 15-20 minute walk away, or a 35 minute walk into the town centre which can be issue for young families, people who are unable to drive, disabled and the elderly.
