A serious accident is going to happen and more lives are going to be lost. People work hard to keep there cars on the road. People are having to pay for repairs to their cars, some people are struggling as it is. Something needs to done.

Siohbon Carey is a young lady with severe Epilepsy that causes her to be in Todd's paralysis a stroke like state after a seizure that can be exacerbated through stress. Siohbon at the moment is living in an upstairs flat that is totally unsuitable for her needs. Her home for months has been infested with Rats, Bluebottles and Maggots and these facts alone haven't compelled the housing to move her to somewhere suitable for her needs. The majority of residents on the two roads are elderly There is also families with young children on these closes and a nursery on this side of the road. Car's are doing more than the 30mph and with two blind bends crossing over bean leach road from any of the culdasac's and nursery to reach the shops/bus stops etc on bosden farm is very dangures. With sevral near misses of children allready its an accident waiting to happen. Hopfully a crossing will also reduce residents needs to drive onto the estate

I Believe this is important because at the minute carers either have to get the disabled person or elderly to go with them with a companion disabled concession card or Cost a lot to the bank balance out of the limited funds each week. This means going shopping for the disabled or elderly with out spending the small amount of carers funds

There are no safe crossing places with traffic lights for children to cross this road safely when walking home, and the two schools combined have over 2000 students whose safety is being put at risk.

Over 2000 students attend the two schools on the road off this main road and many need to cross this road to walk home. It is not currently safe to do so.

The wild “decoy bird”, its most vital instincts frustrated and abused by confinement, suffers a terrible fate. Close to the ground it is terrorised by predators, and watches as its fellow birds are brutally killed in front of it. A number end up being found dead through neglect. The Larsen trap is a cage bird trap made of wire and either a wooden for metal framed cage where one live bird (decoy bird, or call bird), usually a crow or magpie, is placed to encourage another bird, not always of similar species, to come down to it. This visiting bird, not knowing its fate, falls through a false floor into a compartment, where it awaits its fate with the gamekeeper. Larsen Traps were designed by a Danish gamekeeper (Larsen) in the 1950s, but are now banned in that country because the traps are viewed as inhumane for trapping magpies and crows. The live traps use a “decoy” bird, which is kept in one compartment, and when another bird lands on top, it falls through a one-way gate. Legally they must have a perch, shelter, food and water, but this is often neglected.

Homelessness is an issue that can affect any one of us. It is getting worse and more needs to be done both nationally and locally. However, people living on the streets deserve to be treated with compassion, understanding and empathy and they most certainly DO NOT deserve to be demonised, vilified, persecuted or mistreated.

While the AWPR is a long overdue and exciting project which will greatly benefit the NE of Scotland, the associated disruption is causing daily misery for thousands of commuters. There is no proper information being released to suggest when this chaos will end. Meanwhile speculation and rumor are rife. Transport Scotland need to stop hiding under the blankets and tell us clearly and honestly what is going on and when it will be finished.

This proposal is important to the local residents and the wider community as it will bring us: • A free to use and family-focused centre for cycling, skateboarding, and play for all ages and abilities in a safe and well-maintained environment • A new café and community facility with toilet facilities in the park • Improvements to the River Colne, landscaping, and better access to and from the park

To prevent the un-recyclable cups going into landfill, it is essential that Waitrose make this change.

Booker Park is a School for children with special needs and as such, almost every child there is driven to school in the morning and picked up inthe afternoon. This means that here is a huge number of vehicles trying to get into and out of the site at the same time. If any cars at all are parked on the road at the entrance, the entire school site gets gridlocked and staff or parents have to oversee directing traffic to ease this. Often the only option is to reverse many, many vehicles back out onto the road. This not only constitutes a huge danger to the few children whose parents walk them into and out of the school site, but it also causes delays for those parents who have to pick up siblings from mainstream schools. There is no one at the school who should have to come and direct traffic. Parents should not have to leave their cars with children in, to negotiate moving other vehicles so that everyone can leave the site.
