• Codify the UK Constitution
This is important for limiting government tyranny and preventing human rights being eroded due to the UK lacking a codified constitution where rights can be defined for all citizens, making it much clearer and easier for citizens to stand up to tyranny

  • Kurdistan Independence
The Kurds are indigenous nation who historically have always inhabited their own land, Kurdistan, Land of the Kurds, which stretches over the mountainous chain of the Zagros region and its plains, with a population of more than 40 million, who have retained their societal culture and have preserved their own languages and culture, are perhaps the only nation on earth who are still stateless. After the demise of the Ottoman Empire, the Kurds were divided among four newly invented states in the Middle East, Turkey, Iraq, Iran and Syria, forming entirely a different ethnic minority in each state while the Kurds were made to lose their own identity in the newly created arbitrary countries, these were compromising homogeneous national groups, their by denying the existence of other national groups within their own borders. The signing of the armistice agreement on 30 October 1918 which signaled the demise of the Ottomans has paved the way for the Treaty of Sevres on 10 August 1920, effectively allowing the allied powers in dividing the Ottoman Empire to implement the Sykes –Picot agreement of 1916 which created artificial countries in the Middle East by drawing a line in the sand and instead of delivering the Kurds from the Ottoman Empire, it marked the beginning of their oppression throughout the Middle EastSubsequent events and the new upheaval in the Middle East, including the falls of successive dictatorial regimes, the rise of radicalism and sectarianism, have added to the instability of the region, created new realities on the ground and have shown that old artificial borders are bound to fail. Our Kurdish leaders as well as the whole of the Kurdish nation have joined in, in demanding to have their own independent Kurdistan. The Kurds are the most freedom loving nations but also the most victimised nation throughout their modern history on this planet, who believe in liberty and democracy, therefore we ask you to support our petition to the British and European Parliaments to lend the Kurds full support in achieving their goals in having an independent state. With our sincere gratitude and regards On and behalf of PNKs Dr Khoshnaf Al-Kadi 2017-07-16, London

  • Put in Speed Bumps along down Albany Road
Unfortunately at present Albany Road is a very dangerous place to be walking on the public footpath. It's is equally very difficult to judge when to cross the road. There is a high degree of speeding motorists down Albany Road. Disappointingly the police don't appear over enthusiastically interested. Not so long back i received an unwelcome attempt of being made to look humiliated & embarrassed. It was promoted to others that I was not correctly illustrating the truth. Fortunately they say a camera never lies & I have that to hopefully dispel any possible uncertainty anybody may have. Unfortunately as consequence of these frequently speeding motorists down Albany Road I've unreasonably endured months of sleep deprivation & my pre-existing medical conditions have been exacerbated & adversely effected.

  • Treat drug use as an addiction not as a crime...
Despite the fact that I am in agreement with drugs being illegal in the UK. It is to my concern that punishing drug users as criminals causes more harm to the users. Many of these people are pressurised members of the population between 18-29 year olds, who use drugs as an escape from real life troubles.

  • Reduction of Speed Limit at Millhouses Park (Abbeydale Road South), Sheffield
This stretch of road is in a densely populated residential area, opposite a busy park. The traffic coming from the Abbey Lane end appears to be regularly exceeding the current limit of 40mph, even as vehicles enter the 30mph zone. Our concern is that this road is very dangerous for people to cross, which may result in a serious accident.

  • Resident parking at Portway/from bridge to Westbury road
It is important to us all to be able to park to off load heavy goods, even groceries. Personally I have broken my Pelvis, yesterday I drove to get milk, I returned home straight away but a Barney lodge employee had parked outside of my front door ! I had to park under the bridge, I sat in my car and wept how am I going to walk that far unaided and by myself . Also as the houses here are around 200 year old listed buildings we are all updating and maintaining them. There are many stories of inconvenience, not being able to get a builders van parked in the street is often very stressful ! my story, I had to walk to Barney lodge to ask two members of staff to move their vehicles, I was having a wood burner installed and they needed access to the chimney, achieved by using a cherry picker, no chance of parking it, The owner's did move but were surley at being called out of work. Most of us are repairing and caring for these old buildings, they are a part of our History, part of our National heritage. Please help us to live here more comfortably, all we need and ask for is Resident parking as we continue care for these charming old cottages. Thank you for taking the time to read our issues, they are effecting our daily lives in a negative way.

  • Sack racist Anne Marie Morris MP
On 10 July, a recording emerged of Tory MP Anne Marie Morris using the n-word while taking part in a public discussion about Brexit. While attending an report launch event in central London, the Newton Abbey MP used the phrase “real n*****r in the woodpile” to describe a hypothetical scenario in which the UK leaves the EU without a deal. Despite using the highly offensive term, none of her fellow panellists - including other Tory MPs - reacted. Not one. Which is weird because most of us know that using the n-word is wrong. Don't we? YES, WE DO! So it's up to us to show Morris - and anyone else who thinks it's OK to use n-word in any capacity - that it isn't. To remind Morris and her ilk that there's no such thing as a 'totally unintentional' use of the n-word. That language is powerful, and so when you use the n-word - in any context, but especially while holding public office and in a public space - you inflict unimaginable trauma and pain on a significant section of the UK community. And this is unacceptable. Theresa May MP - you and your party have been accused of being callous, inhumane and out of touch with modern Britain. Now more than ever, we need you to be the 'strong and stable leader' you profess to be and take a zero tolerance approach towards those who seek to divide us as a nation. Sack Morris immediately.
