Sara worked tirelessly to expose child sexual exploitation in Greater Manchester. Despite being ignored by children's services and police she carried on collecting evidence trying to get people in power to listen. Her work lead to the conviction of a vicious paedophile network and continues to be important evidence in ongoing investigations. This work took a huge toll on Sara so we believe it is right and proper that she is recognised by the state.

I think this would be a amazing achievement specially just prior to an election which would get the community buzzing. The crossing is between two main bus stops toward Southall and Hayes, Heston, Hounslow also several major shopping stores such as Costco, Toys R Us and Tesco. Is it going to take someone to get injured or even killed?

As a resident of Edinburgh and long term clubber Studio 24 has, is and ALWAYS WILL BE a safe haven for unique, gifted and individually minded youngsters to share a safe common space to express themselves fully and safely, as well as perpetually. Hundreds of thousands of patrons have spent a multitude of nights enjoying the culture created within the club, one that has kept alive a special flame ignited in the golden eras of freedom and love throughout time. Those moving into the area obviously have a proper chip on their shoulder about what this venue stands for, and as such should PROPERLY have considered what environment they were choosing to live near and act accordingly rather than bullying the staff and patrons into the situation currently in process. We need to start caring for children in the country, given them a free school meal under the age of 11 and a good education is paramount. It will ensure they receive a nutritional meal, with the ever increasing obesity and diabetes in young people, lets act now. Taking away free school meal will force packed lunches and maybe poor diets.

We the scouts and leaders of 2nd Ely Scout Group, petition the City of Ely Council to acknowledge the Role in English history of Hereward the Wake, provide the city with a suitable statue recognising his importance as a local and national hero. Hereward the Wake (also known as Hereward the Outlaw or Hereward the Exile, c. 1035 – c.1072) was an 11th-century leader of local resistance to the Norman conquest of England. Hereward's base, when leading the rebellion against the Norman rulers, was in the Isle of Ely, and according to legend he roamed The Fens, covering North Cambridgeshire, Southern Lincolnshire and West Norfolk, leading popular opposition to William the Conqueror.

Volkswagen are making out that the software update is minor - but it has been independently shown that the updated software makes a dramatic change to the utilisation of the EGR valve. While this is the cheapest fix for Volkswagen to make, the engine was never designed to handle the increased soot loading, and is being made to fail sometimes within hours of the update being applied. VAG Group dealerships are routinely applying the software updates without even notifying customers of the impact they may have, knowing full well that their customers will encounter reliability problems as a result. The change to the EGR valve curves in the software mean that far more exhaust gas is recirculated in an attempt to low combustion temperatures, and produce less NOx. By doing so, the engine produces far more soot, which then clogs up the EGR valve, and DPF. Injector patterns have also changed, leading to higher duty cycles and again, premature injector failure. When engine's fail due to soot contamination, it can cause sudden loss of power, which during manoeuvres, or motorway driving can be lead to accidents. People are afraid to use their cars. Volkswagen are making their customers in the UK pay for their deceit by pushing an ill-conceived and hurried software patch out and hoping the problem will go away.

Burnley Council have created a Local Plan for the Town for the next 16 years. The Residents have not been properly consulted over many aspects of this plan over the past 6-10 years. Local Councillors and County Councillors have failed to inform their electorate. The Majority Labour Council have forced the Local Plan through all the voting schedules with a total disrespect for Public Opinion and disregarded comments and local public knowledge. This Local Plan includes:- The Destruction of Greenfield sites by development of 500+ Houses and New Factory estates. The Building of a Gypsy Traveler site in Stoneyholme the heart of the town center next to a primary school, a new housing development and in a socially underfunded area. The absorption of local villages such as Worsthorne & Briercliffe by speculative developers into the Town boundary. The Destruction of Areas of Rural Natural beauty in Padiham to build warehouse space on the hillside at Shuttleworth Mead. This creation of the Local Plan has NOT included. Consultation with residents through the appointed working party of Councillors Continually working with residents or groups in the town, or the setting up any resident committees. A fully costed viable business plan to show how this plan will benefit the Town. Alternative sites and solutions within it should the Local Plan be shown to be failing in its execution over the 16 year period - no Plan B. The Cost of this Local Plan to the Tax Payer of Burnley is over £2million - the last plan in 2006 cost around £250,000, an 1/8 of the cost of the 2016 plan - this needs to be made public.

This is such an important part of our community and vital to the health and well being of older members of our community.We all know someone who has used the services and are using the services and to let this go without even a whimper is a disgrace. They provide advice, enable independence and combat loneliness.

This proposed telecoms mast is huge (17.5 meter) and totally out of proportion with it's surroundings i.e. a residential area near the historic Wells city centre. It will dominate the skyline for many nearby. The mast and associated cabinets will affect pedestrian safety further in an already notorious black spot. The mast will emit a forever increasing amount of radio waves; local residents are very worried about possible negative effects on their health, and it is thought that children and elderly are even more vulnerable to the effects. There are several schools in the area and the mast will be sited along the school routes. We also need clarification of possible effects of other associated electro-magnetic radiation on residents living near a mast. The mast will lead to major value loss of the properties in the neighbourhood especially the ones near to the actual site. Local residents argue that the planning application may be in breach with their human rights of enjoyment of their property, in particular because it is thought that there are more suitable alternative sites in non-residential areas, so the service can be provided if this is seen as absolutely necessary in the interest of the wider public. In addition the installation of the mast will totally remove the individual's choice to be able to avoid exposure to the signals.
