• Vaccinate NHS staff as a priority
The COVID19 pandemic has brought death and misery to the UK. As of 15 November 2020, this has included the death of at least 200 NHS workers. The rate of infection from corona virus is much higher in NHS staff than in the general population throughout the country. As a consequence, NHS workers are much more likely to become ill or die from this virus. As another consequence, they are also more likely to unknowingly transmit the virus to other people, including their patients. A mass vaccination campaign is starting this week. The vaccination campaign should prioritise NHS workers. This would keep safe those who look after the health of all of us. As a result, this would also make the UK population safer. https://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/news/north-east-news/nhs-workers-died-coronavirus-pandemic-19282916

  • Start a criminal investigation into Sir Phillip Green’s role in 300 million Arcadia pension hole.
He did with BHS pensions and he is at it again!! A parliamentary investigation into the BHS pension collapse concluded the Green family had systematically plundered BHS pension fund. BUT he walked away scott free! Now the hundreds of thousands of Arcadia Group employees face the same fate of losing their pension because of a 300 million pound hole. This after, the Greens taking a £1.2 Billion dividend from the company. The largest dividend in history taken from any company ever!!!! He and his Arcadia board have a history of disgraceful, bordering on illegal practices. Whilst this Notorious tax dodger has been sunning himself on his £100m superyacht in Monico, British tax payers have been paying for his staff!! Having already availed himself of the taxer Payer funded Furlough scheme they added insult to injury when, the board declared “ We recently implemented a policy for those employees who are working their notice on furlough to receive their furlough pay instead of their full pay.” Sir Phillip Green clearly thinks he is above the law, and he certainly has been treated like he is. I guess it helps to have great friends in high places; David Cameron-who appointed him Jobs Czar and changed the law so we as taxpayers now automatically contribute to a company pension, Tony Blair who made him a Knight. Lets remind him he’s not above the law. Let’s remind him that the law is there for the rich to follow, not just for average people

  • Create a Committee for what to do in the event of receiving a signal from non - Earth origin.
We need to agree on what to do, if this happens, and with thousands of Radio telescopes operating around the world, it is very much possible, even likely you could say, we will receive a broadcast from non - Earth origin, and in this scenario, we need to be aware of what to do, so the government can coordinate a response, whether it be local or worldwide.

  • Barbed wire fencing
Recently walked along the disused railway track in West Meon following the Valley Trail (https://www.hants.gov.uk/thingstodo/countryside/finder/meonvalleytrail) and my friendly dog chased a squirrel off one side of the path. He ran through an unnecessary barbed wire fence ripping flesh off both front legs and requiring immediate veterinary care. These fences do not stop animals getting through to private spaces (so ineffective if small grazing live stock are being protected) but instead will cause injury and in some cases a slow and painful death as infection spreads over coming weeks if not treated.

  • DISABLED PARKING
Lockdown has effected all people in this country, but it has had an even greater effect on those who are registered disabled. Getting to the shops at all can be very difficult under normal circumstances. Not being able to park close to the entry of stores makes shopping even more difficult.

  • Prevention, better than a cure? Please bring in regular screenings to prevent heart disease
With a family history of severe heart disease, I do not understand why I cannot get a heart check on the NHS without first having to suffer an incident. Is prevention now, not better than a potentially more expensive intervention in the future, assuming the patient survives?? There are checks done for cancer, why not the heart?

  • Allow Anyone To Access Period Products Through Food Banks
There are many people who are above the threshold to recieve food bank vouchers yet still experience period poverty. This can happen for many reasons. Covid19 highlighted this issue as domestic abuse is more prevalent during lockdown than ever. Financial abuse occurs within the home & often means those who are vulnerable and a victim of such go without period products.

  • Underground Noise / a priority for the public health
More than a million of people takes the London Underground every day. Public transport is recommended by the public authorities for ecological and economic reasons, so it should not be an ordeal for the population. While specialists consider that above 85 decibels, hearing health is highly endangered, some parts of the underground lines (Northern line (between Camden and Kentish Town), Jubilee line or Victoria line) reach 100 decibels! In the long term, travellers using these lines are really endangered! As Londoners, we already pay a considerable price for this transport, and it is therefore legitimate that work is being carried out on these noisiest parts of the line. If you don't believe us, we invite you to use these lines more than twice a day and you'll know for sure. We hope that our request will find the right and responsible person. Sincerely
