Right now, it’s extremely difficult to see traffic coming from the right when pulling out of our road. Drivers have to edge into the main road just to check if it’s clear, which is dangerous and has already led to several near-misses. This junction is used every day by residents, families, cyclists and pedestrians. We’re concerned that without changes, it’s only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt. We’re asking the Council and its highways team to assess the junction and put practical safety measures in place as soon as possible.

C and her family have lived in her Hackney flat for 20 years. It's where they put down roots, where they grew up, and where they built their community. Now, Hackney Council wants to tear that apart, over a technicality. For five years, C and her family have been fighting to stay in their home. During that time, the Council has failed to appear in court multiple times, refused to engage with evidence about the safeguarding needs of their autistic child, and ignored their pleas to remain close to their community. This matters because stability isn't a luxury, especially for families with autistic children, for whom familiar environments and support networks can be essential to their wellbeing. Hackney Council's disregard for this is not just a legal failing; it's a human one. This case also sets a precedent. If a council can pursue a long-term tenant for years over a technicality, missing court dates, ignoring safeguarding concerns, and dismissing community ties - then no renter in Hackney is truly secure. Community solidarity already stopped one eviction. Together, we can show Hackney Council that they cannot act this way without accountability.

NHS dentistry is in a state of total collapse. In Whitefield and across the country, it has become virtually impossible to find a dentist taking on new NHS patients. This "dental desert" leaves thousands of residents—including children under 18—without any access to essential healthcare. Forcing families to choose between paying for expensive private treatment or suffering in pain is a betrayal of the NHS's founding principles. Without regular check-ups, our children are at risk of preventable tooth decay, infections, and long-term health complications that will eventually put even more pressure on our A&E departments. We, the undersigned, call on the Government and the local Integrated Care Board (ICB) to: 1. Guarantee immediate NHS dental access for all children under the age of 18 in the Bury area. 2. Reform the NHS Dental Contract to make it viable for local practices to take on new NHS patients. 3. Provide emergency funding to local clinics to clear the backlog of residents currently living without a dentist. Dental care is not a luxury; it is a human right. Save our NHS dentists.

The traffic at all times of day constantly comes to a standstill, people jump the lights or take dangerous cuttings to get through the backed up flow. Changing the traffic light sequence will speed up flow dramatically and be much safer.

We believe that this is important because there are no council provided outdoor youth facilities on the west side of the District and this contributes to rising levels of anti-social behaviour and poor physical health leading to potential issues in later life.

The misconception that multiple piercings or wearing certain jewelry could disrupt the educational setting is not only outdated but harmful. Schools should be a landscape for personal growth and freedom, where diversity and individual expression are not just valued but encouraged.

Other people should join my campaign as teaching younger people about politics reduces apathy and would increase real participation. Without this education, younger people may be inclined to follow footsteps of friends or family, and not have an opinion of their own.

Wickham Fields is one of the last open green spaces left in this part of Haywards Heath. It has been used by dog walkers, families, and residents for generations. Crest Nicholson want to build 50 houses on it, despite the council's own District Plan not allocating it for development.  The site sits next to two Grade II* listed buildings dating back centuries, local schools and GP surgeries are already stretched, and all traffic would be funnelled through a single quiet residential street.  Recent decisions show that community opposition works. An 80-home proposal at nearby Colwell Farm was refused after residents objected, and a 725-home scheme at the golf club was blocked. But that only happened because people spoke up. If we don't act now, we lose this field permanently. Once it's built on, it's gone.

We urgently need to replenish our decimated council housing stock, and part of the answer is real funding for councils to Buy the Supply. Over 169,000 children are homeless and living in overcrowded and often dangerous temporary accommodation. Millions more families struggle to pay soaring private rents, meanwhile millions of council homes have been sold off since the start of Right to Buy, with only a tiny number of replacements built each year. A Treasury-backed Buy the Supply fund is a serious missing link in the policies needed to fix this crisis. It would help more councils buy housing that already exists and turn it into brand new council homes.  Whether that is buying back former council homes or snapping up other suitable houses when they are put on the market, buying the supply can achieve immediate, construction risk-free council housing near existing schools, parks and health services, without delay. This is a proven solution, with many councils across the country already buying up good quality homes where they can afford to. But much more funding is needed. That is why we need the Chancellor to look at this again, and create a huge new Buy the Supply fund to help councils make a real difference to all the families who need it. The benefits and savings add up and make this a great investment the Treasury must back at scale. And of course a Buy the Supply fund must go hand in hand with wider measures including: • an immediate end to Right to Buy, • a major scale-up of new council house building, and • making private developers deliver higher social and affordable housing quotas

Platforms like X, Facebook and Instagram harvest our personal data so that they can target us with ads. Their platforms are designed to keep us online, pushing out content that will keep us engaged. Their power to shape and control what we see online is not only harming children and adults but democracy itself.  But we often feel locked in, not wanting to leave the spaces where we still have friends, family and followers.   The Government says it’s holding Big Tech to account over online harms but it’s doing nothing to challenge the surveillance capitalism that underpins these companies' business models.  Proposals to age gate the Internet or ban under 16s from social media are treating the symptoms not the cause. They may restrict some children’s social media use, but they risk pushing children into unregulated spaces and don’t change the system that created the problems in the first place.   And for adults it means all of us having to provide personal data for digital identity check to access lawful speech. This just feeds more personal data into the machine that is causing harms.  To tackle online harms, we must reform the surveillance-driven business model at the heart of Big Tech.

 Sleep apnoea is not a minor inconvenience. It can severely affect physical and mental health, increase the risk of road and workplace accidents, and contribute to life-threatening conditions such as cardiovascular disease. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment are critical. Yet persistent underfunding has led to excessive waiting times and limited access to essential equipment, leaving many without the urgent care that they need. 

Uber make the complaints process a complete nightmare and make what should be a straightforward process unbelievably difficult if not impossible.
