We request that Monarch Airlines receive a loan from our goverment. Last week Air Berlin went into administration but following a loan from the German government they are able to continue to trade. Monarch airlines went into administration today Monday 2nd of October. 10's of millions of pounds have been spent on hiring Qatar airline to repatriate stranded passengers. We ask our goverment to instead provide a loan to Monarch. The only people who win with Monarch ceasing trading are the CEO's of competitor airlines. Everybody else loses out. We lose one of the UK's oldest and most loved airlines. Monarch is a sound business with an excellent reputation. In 2015 following a reorganisation they showed a substantial profit. The effects of Brexit uncertainty, loss of value of the pound and their routes affected by terrorism, are short term issues. We believe it makes sense to protect the business with a loan with stipulations. It's bad luck they have faced and not a bad business model. With Monarch ceasing we face thousands of job loses of highly experienced people, hundreds of thousands disrupted travel plans and increased costs for our short haul travel. We ask the government to make an initial interest free loan, and as they did with RBS Natwest, take a stake of Monarch. We expect in due course that the tax payer will benefit.

Single Parents under 25 will be entitled to £15 a week less under Universal Credit. However, there is no reason why young families should receive less money. Food, nappies, clothes etc cost the same, regardless of age of the parent. Paying young families less is age discrimination and will push more families into poverty.

A developer has submitted a planning application on behalf of the Canal and River Trust to convert the warehouse to a house which means it would be lost to the community forever. This is joey, our 13 month old pup and he has now been seized after dog wardens picked him up classing him as a stray after he slipped his collar, the police are trying to intimidate us by telling us Joey will suffer 6 months in their kennels and other nasty things they said to which I got all on record. We will not sign him over and we will fight until we get him back. This is a support page for Myself Martina & Joey. Currently waiting to open a case with a professional Solicitors that deal with this. Never thought this would ever happen as he’s such a kind loving puppy, my little sisters are as devastated as us. This is happening too often and many dogs are being destroyed purely because of their looks and being deemed a dangerous dog. It's absolutely wrong in so many ways. We want to create a dedicated place for skateboarders, BMX'ers and scooters to ride, it will mean one place for all of these people to come together and use the facility, for free. With national health issues looming for today’s youth, it’s time to offer a greater number of healthy, athletic choices. We understand the need to support our youth who wish to pursue active healthy lifestyles. Without community support those groups are required to build their own support systems outside of our community. There’s no doubt that skateboarding, BMX'ing and riding scooters is one of the most popular sports for people between the age of 4-18 (and above that age). For lots of people, spending time at the skatepark will be something cool to do that doesn’t cost any money. For our community, having a great skatepark will serve to show the region that we understand how to engage our young adults. Skateboarding, BMX and scooter riding is happening with or without a skatepark. By not supporting our local youth with a skatepark, it doesn’t mean they will quit skating. It just means we are putting them at risk of injury and run-ins with law enforcement. Please READ, SIGN AND SHARE this petition.

The Grapes is a friendly, local pub used by the local people of Sutton and the casual visitor. Folk can relax and enjoy a beverage, a beer and/or meal in a warm and welcoming setting. The mood of the Grapes is quite dissimilar to any other Wetherspoons pub in the surrounding area and particularly different to that of The Moon on the Hill, at the top of Sutton High Street, where they cater more for office workers by day and the younger reveller at night, especially on a Friday/Saturday evening either as a staging post before an evening of nightclubbing or to remain in that location for the evening. To the majority of those of us who regularly frequent the Grapes, it is considered a jewel in the Wetherspoons stable of pubs as a local pub and the notion of the Grapes being up for sale means a great deal to a great many of us. The quality of food, general care and the condition, quality and choice of Real Ales not to mention the superb service from the staff given to regular patrons, casual drinkers and diners as well holiday makers and visitors to the township of Sutton makes for a very pleasant, quieter home from home and nice place to be. For the residents of Sutton, the Grapes provides a key local hub and pleasant meeting place. We feel that the integrity of the Grapes and all that it means to exiting patrons would be best maintained now and in the future if it were to remain owned, run and managed by JD Wetherspoon plc. There has been a pub on this site since the early 1800 and is the last remaining pub in the village of Newtown. We have no shops, doctor or even a bus service. It was a viable business and a popular meeting place. It has been used by many, including yourselves, and its closure has been upsetting to us. You are in the entertainment industry and understand the value of social interaction, please re-open the pub so we can once again come together and enjoy the company of friends and visitors in its warm, convivial atmosphere.

Richard had a riding accident which left him in a wheelchair with spinal injuries 4 and a half years ago. He has to leave his BCC tenancy farm where he has lived for 46 years as his father has died and he was not allowed to take over the tenancy. He has unpredictable weakness in all limbs and needs 3 people to do any physio safely. He was only given 1 hour of physio every 4 weeks by the NHS and needed amulance transport to get to SMH for it so it was cancelled after a few weeks as he was too tired by the time he got there for it to be worthwile. So his friends and family who all live in North Marston or within 5 miles have set up a rota and each evening we get him out of his chair and walk a few steps and do physio on his hands which are like claws if physio is missed for a few days. Richard has suffered from sever depression since the accident and this bit of respite and regular visits has given him a new lease of life. He is in an electric wheelchair so cannot use public transport. His two small sons also live within North Marston and he loves to go in is wheelchair to school and see them... all this will be denied if he gets moved out o the vilage. He has a live in carer due to his dependency and cannot move himself or take care of any basic needs without her help. There is a VAHT property in North Marston tht has been empty for 9 months. It needs some adaptions but as I understand it grants are available It doesn't currently have a wet room but nor does his current property as he was refused a grant to adapt it by BCC.

This is important because most people that use this bus are college students and many have been denied access due to it being over crowded

kids in care are mounded by the system with rules regulations and professional boundaries. at the age of 18 they become adults yet are so venerable

He has provided drivers with the necessary support and encouragement to carry out our daily duties with increased morale and improved performance through understanding and flexibility in his approach to our needs concerns adversities. He has extended himself and worked hard prevent the reoccurring issues that we face daily In relation to health and and employee well-being. In this robust and challenging environment we as drivers feel that no other management team have successfully supported our team to such a high standard.
