These plans will lose more than 300 acute care beds, and London will lose a hospital with a world class reputation for treatment. This is important to me on a personal level as my mother was treated there during her illness and received really excellent treatment. Here are the key findings of the Independent Healthcare Commission regarding the closure: - There is no completed, up-to-date business plan in place that sets out the case for delivering the Shaping a Healthier Future (SaHF) programme, demonstrating that the programme is affordable and deliverable. - There was limited and inadequate public consultation on the SaHF proposals and those proposals themselves did not provide an accurate view of the costs and risks to the people affected. - The escalating cost of the programme does not represent value for money and is a waste of precious public resources. - NHS facilities, delivering important public healthcare services, have been closed without adequate alternative provision being put in place. - The original business case seriously underestimated the increasing size of the population in North West London and fails to address the increasing need for services.

We believe these long term spends would improve access for safe play for residents and people from all over the borough who visit the site. The site is directly next to the local public swimming pool and as such attracts a lot of visitors. Long term solutions are proven to be the right option. We all feel that sending someone to litter pick on the rare occasion a resident makes a complaint simply cannot be accepted as a solution. It is a weak, short term solution for a big problem, and the council need to stop avoiding the issue and do the right thing by its residents.

Many people in the UK work hard to pay their taxes to ensure that education, health and policing are funded. We have already suffered many years of austerity and the money is needed by the British people. And anyway paying for foreign presidents to play golf on their private courses - in the hope that we get a good trade deal - is what we call corruption in other countries . Keep the disabled and elderly safe during recycling. We all pay our council tax and have an equal right to use the the facility. Stairs shouldn't stop us. Queuing cars into the main road that is used to exit the town is unsafe.

I feel it is important because cars are not sticking to the correct speed limit . They are not slowing down.. Not safe for humans or animals that are crossing as some drivers are going far to fast .. There are schools , nurseries near by.

The Government forces the NHS to pay up to 10 times or more for drugs compared to the market price to have a "secure supply". The NHS should only have to pay more if the drugs are in short supply globally. Then is the only time to pay the drug companies more to secure supply.

Litter and waste is a severe problem in Cornwall. The majority of waste left out for bin collections gets attacked by animals or birds. Cornwall is a beautiful county, which is trying hard via many volunteer groups to keep litter out of our rivers and ultimately the sea. I belong to the Bude Rubbish Action Group, (BRAG), who meet regularly to clear our lovely town of litter. BRAG also educates our community how to deal correctly with waste and litter. The use of wheelie bins would have a massive impact on the problem of waste being blown around our streets. With huge amounts of waste and plastic finding its way into our oceans, I feel the Government and local councils should act immediately. Please provide us with wheelie bins.
