In addition to this we have collected substantial anecdotal evidence of road incidents/near misses that have happened in the area as a result of inadequate safety measures.

As a mother of two young children, I have found myself in the position of having to carry a pram and still hold onto the other child, leaving me and the kids exposed to trips and falls.
