In todays society we look at the wrongs individual have carried out and hold them to account, especially where their victims are unable to. Terresa May, partially made a statement but fell short of a formally apology to the Indian public. I also feel that Colonel Reginald Edward Harry Dyer should be strip of all his titles and be held for the atrocities he was responsible for. It is about time this wrong is put wright. A Formal apology is well overdue and the British Government should now take steps to hold Colonel Reginald Edward Harry Dyer to account.
